I've been up since 5:30 am making my semi annual batch of homemade all organic tomato sauce with meatballs & sausage in a crock pot for a 9 hour slow cook. Freezing the rest of it. Raised as an Italian American, I had buddies who's Sicilian grandmothers in NY taste my sauce and meatballs and admit, damn... even theirs wasn't as good. Stereotypically Sicilians don't admit anyone's sauce is better than their own! LOL!! Go Bills today and forever!!
