  1. This. Board rules... no criticism of any kind after a win, no positivity after a loss. These things should not be mutually exclusive. A guy should be able to be good at both.
  2. There are so many levels to this. 1. How can a future NFL player not have followed the NFL enough to know there are ties every year? You'd think these guys would at least be casual football fans. This is unbelievable. 2. How are overtime rules not addressed with the team at some point in training camp or otherwise? 3. How did no one on the sideline say anything until the end of overtime?
  3. Honestly? With every Bills touchdown, I get more mad about last week. I hope it fuels the team all year, too.
  4. Kristen Kimmick is so damn annoying. If I see her out and about in NYC this morning, I'm literally going to tell her so myself.
  5. That's a definite, not a maybe. We'd be in a different place if we had just drafted Humphrey when everyone except Beane wanted to. Screw all the people who say fans don't know better than the GM or coaches. Sometimes, collectively, we do. Sometimes you (Beane) can get so close to something that you can't see the forest for the trees.
  6. The author himself is a Bills fan and lives in WNY
  7. I'm not sure why you think this. Edmunds would seem to be particularly important this week.
  8. Is it just me, or does Freeman seem to have more juice than Singletary and Moss? Maybe we should have kept him last year.
  9. We are not loaded in WR talent. Diggs is a good #1 but not a superstar (no, I'm not interested in hearing his stats from last year). Beasley is a nice 3/4 option. Sanders is 34 and on his third team in 3 years; as Chris Simms would say, there's a reason for that. Davis is not good enough to be a #2.
  10. What's new? Chiefs aggressively try to improve, Bills do nothing.
  11. The Bills do not have the best offensive personnel in the NFL. It's not even remotely close.
  12. Fella has made over $9 million. I'd think he'd prioritize other things at this point.
  13. I'm actually surprised Barkley would take his family into a dumpster fire rather than continuing to hang out with the elite Titans for the rest of the year.
  14. How exactly is it an easy schedule? The Bills have 5 toss-up games remaining: IND, @NO, NE, @TB, @NE. Even ATL doesn't look like a gimme either. Yes, we should beat CAR and NYJ (twice), but who would be shocked if we split the other six? That's 11-6, nowhere near the record of a 1 seed or a Super Bowl favorite. And you can't assume wins against NYJ or CAR. They're both better than the Jaguars. The Bills are in trouble right now.
  15. Honestly, this is kind of ridiculous. And the Titans should clearly be the favorite for homefield advantage. They have a huge lead, and their schedule is clearly easier.
  16. The problem is that the division wasn't the goal. Their stated goal was the #1 seed, and now it's all but gone.
  17. McDermott. No sense of urgency, no passion, no emotion after the game yesterday. Very clearly gave the impression that the result was reasonable.
  18. He may. I just don't think he does. I think he's awkward in front of the team, as exemplified by the post-game speeches we see from the locker room. And pressers may be for media and fans (even so, in this case, don't downplay the loss; give the fans something!), but there's no doubt you can send a message to your team that way as well.
  19. Wow. So normally around here you're not allowed to be critical. Today, you're not allowed to be positive!
