It's really not even that hard.  From years of moderating sessions at various conferences, the moderator (or the speaker) leads off by repeating the question.

"The question was...." and then answer.

The challenge there is that a lot of our reporters tend to expatiate a while and it can be challenging to figure out "just what is your question?"

    that is insanely illogical

Some people are flaming me for this, but I'm not alone in the concern. McD has prioritized off-the-field matters when making roster decisions in the past, and the fact is that when they activated Peko, he talked about how gratifying it was to be able to call him up because of what his family had been through. I'm not just throwing stuff against the wall here.

There is zero doubt in my mind that the effect on Peko's family immediately comes to mind when McD thinks about going in a different direction, and that means it is affecting the decision-making process.

I’ll forgive him for missing a 53 yarder in a game our defense handed to our opponent. Houshka has been money otherwise.

Then why do we keep walking away from field goals in the upper 40 to low 50 range? There are signs that his range is not up to par.

Anyone who can't see the decline in Hauschka is not paying attention.

I looked up the word Stud, still not sure why we need one....

a large-headed piece of metal that pierces and projects from a surface, especially for decoration.
    • an item of jewelry in the form of a piece of metal, precious stone, or other ornament attached to a pin or shaft that passes through a piercing in the body.
    • a fastener consisting of two buttons joined with a bar, used in formal wear to fasten a shirtfront or to fasten a collar to a shirt.
    • British
a small projection fixed to the base of footwear, especially athletic shoes, to allow the wearer to grip the ground.
    • a small metal piece set into the tire of a motor vehicle to improve roadholding in slippery conditions

The strangest word in the English language, for me, is retrofit. Intuitively, you'd think it would mean "redesign to a retro style," but it actually means "to modernize" (not in so many words). You'd think a better word for the definition would simply be "modernize," "upgrade," or even "refit."

Trouble is for Buffalo to become a real contender, they'd need to pull off about 4 of those moves, WR backup LB , pass rushing end, and maybe a RT unless Ford does settle in the 2nd half of the season.  For the Pats giving up a 2nd rounder is OK, but for the Bills, they need their picks.

Having said that do expect some type of trade, back up LB may be the most reasonable that likely wouldn't cost a fortune.

You say that, but the Patriots are starting Newhouse at LT and have no TEs. Every team has holes and needs picks.
