  1. Yeah, that was excessive language from me for sure.
  2. I'm telling you, this guy was trying to play hero ball to impress Hailee in his first game since they got together.
  3. There has been no regression whatsoever in physical talent. If he truly regresses, it will be because of the mental/emotional side of the game. He probably wanted to impress his new girlfriend last night.
  4. Not quite. In a call of NFL reporters, an unnamed NFL reporter told the group that Pegula made the alleged comment privately to the unnamed reporter. Trotter then took up offense and is now quoting Pegula third hand.
  5. Well, right, but the point as to the meat (or lack thereof) of the complaint stands.
  6. Jim Trotter: "I'm suing you because someone told me you said something insensitive. I don't have any proof though." That's all this is.
  7. Okay. Please forgive any voice to text errors as I am driving back from my trip for the game. But the more detailed information completely changes things. Essentially, Jim took up offense because of something that was supposedly said, and there definitely wouldn't be a recording because the supposed comment occurred in a private conversation between Terry and an unnamed NFL Media reporter. It's third-hand information and a non-starter. Trotter has an ax to grind. Go Bills.
  8. Okay, so this is third-hand information? That definitely changes things.
  9. Would be shocked if there isn't a recording of a Zoom meeting of NFL owners
  10. Because it is, frankly, completely reckless, irresponsible, and inexplicable to completely make up quotes and attribute them to someone without justification in a lawsuit. It's legal suicide. And if he did take the irrational step to make up quotes, why would he pick Pegula to attribute them to? Of all the owners, why would he pick Pegula to target? This isn't some wild take. I think it's more likely than not to be true, unfortunately, but unless there is a recording, it's not surprising at all that Terry would deny. That would be expected, unless he were more committed to telling the truth than keeping his name clean.
  11. I suspect that it is true and I wish Terry would admit it and apologize sincerely rather than lying, denying, and eventually being undone by evidence.
  12. Rushed. There's an extraneous space after the period and before the quotation marks. Panicked, unprofessional. He better hope there's not video or audio, or this statement will absolutely make him sell the team.
  13. Why would he pick Pegula to bring down? If he wanted to bring down the NFL, he would make up a story about the Bills' owner?
  14. This is a big, big deal folks. Last night/today might go down as pivotal in Bills history. You better be glad we have an ironclad stadium deal (I think).
  15. I am so disgusted by that red-cheeked, deer-in-the-headlights look where it's painfully obvious that he just doesn't have what it takes mentally. I've seen it enough.
  16. What embarrassing homer drivel. Here we have a situation where Josh obviously and objectively made the wrong decision and you are still defending him. Scary.
  17. I knew it in my heart that night.
  18. Dude, this is ridiculous. Obviously Allen is immature. He was embarrassed by the first couple of picks, then pressed and lost control. That's all.
  19. Do you really believe this? How stupid
  20. He doesn't have the brain for football.
  21. That's a really interesting question. I think so? Winning at the Jets would show championship mettle and would definitely get the train rolling, so a hiccup next week might be forgivable depending on how it goes down.
  22. I'm eager to see them play, but I'm still irritated from January; it still feels fresh. So I'm skeptical, and I'm in "show me" mode. If they show me tonight, I'll be excited again.
  23. This is a limitation of the service and it is quite annoying.
