  1. Oh I don’t question that one bit, Beane is Riding Allen’s coat tails, without him, he looks mediocre.. McD would be a .450 coach without Allen.
  2. I expected a lot more from the Browns this year. I’m confident the Bills will handle them. I’m not going to be super surprised if they pull a Packers v. Dallas and go right a head and slap us either. The Bills are starting to resemble Dallas, a lot of bluster and not a lot of finish.
  3. The guy you want is Marvin Lewis, had prime talent and never got anywhere with it, but he was just so likable. I am Happy McD got the ship righted, but he’s an awful in game coach and I do mean awful. I wanted him gone for the last 2 years and I’ll stand by that. He’s not the guy that’s getting you over the hump. I’m starting to wonder about Beane as well, but it’s tough to know if the guys he put together are better than we are seeing because with Dabs they certainly looked better.
  4. Hard Pass. Absolutely not. Meh.
  5. He hit Cousins while throwing, caused an opportunity and got a sack late in the game. He had some missed opportunities, on purely based on lack of effort, he quit on one play and wound up a few steps away from Cousins, but was flat footed. Would have had an easy sack/possible strip sack.
  6. The play calling has gone to *****, Allen seems to have gone blind a few times and Gabe Davis is a flat out liability ( dropped catch he was gifted excluded). I don’t know what’s going on, but Dabs is certainly missed right now.
  7. The team doesn’t have the same energy they had, make ya wonder.
  8. Wait till we miss the playoffs, then people will get it.
  9. Hurts
  10. You already know the only run is the kickoff.
  11. Yeah.. him making all these errors.. no chance
  12. Allen is officially done in the MVP race.
  13. I guess we have differing opinions on McKenzie, as a WR, I’d rather he was inactive. Gadget guy, sure, anything more than that, no thanks.
  14. I think you can sign him to a cash heavy (signing bonus) deal for this year with voidable years on a contract, get him here where he gets paid and the cap hit is minimal for this year, worth it to me. 5M signing bonus, 3 year at vet Min, void at completion of the season. He gets paid well for the remainder of the year, gets to be a FA again after his prove it time.
  15. It makes me wonder if they aren’t going to use him as a Slot WR/McKenzie role more than RB. He hasn’t been a big weapon as a runner as much as he has as a receiver for most of his career. With McKenzie looking like garbage, maybe that’s more his role.
  16. The whole “best roster in the NFL” BS will end quickly without Allen at QB. The reality is a piss poor OL, weak at best WR core beyond Diggs, under performing/under talented TE/RB group. All of this is easy to cover with Superman at QB, put an average QB back there and it will be exposed. Instead, people will inevitably blame Keenum for not being Josh. The D is crushed with injuries, I’ll give them a pass, but they are going to have to carry the team if Allen isn’t out there.
  17. Verrett can’t catch a break, it’s really too bad, he’s a starter when healthy, he’s flashed as a high end player at times.
  18. If I was that guy, I’d go back and find all the people that wouldn’t hear it when I said, we have one WR who’s done anything in the NFL and they all told me Davis was amazing, would have 1k+ this year, yadda yadda yadda. They relied on Davis to step up, he hasn’t, he continues to drop big passes and doesn’t deserve the unquestioned #2 role. The rest of the WRs are guys we got off the waiver wire or a 5th round rookie, why is anybody surprised?
  19. He’s a better Justin Zimmer.
  20. Completely agree, he doesn’t have the physical tools to be mor than a 5th round pick, I’ll never understand that one.
  21. But but but he’s smart and takes good angles to make up for his lack of everything.
  22. HACKet is only lasting longer because they JUST signed him, if this was his 3rd year, he’d be gone too. Dorsey may still get looks this off-season, we’ll see what the rest of the year looks like.
  23. Tyrod fooled a lot of fans into thinking he was good bc they had never watched a real QB. Same thing here, play next to Star and you look like one for simply not sucking. Oliver is an average rotational player.
  24. That pick was SO bad. I couldn’t believe my eyes.
  25. I would not have picked up his 5th year option personally, he’s a good player, nothing special at all. I’d be happy to have him back at a reasonable price point, but Nobody missed him when he was gone and won’t miss him if he’s playing somewhere else. He had the BENEFIT of playing next to Star, who was so large people had to double him to move him and made exactly zero visible difference, it made the 6 plays a year Oliver managed to get look like he was more than he is.
