  1. Magnesium would lighten them and be rigid enough to stand in the wind if Aluminum isn’t already.. I think this is more of a “we’ve always done it this way” thing.
  2. It’s about the wins and they have them. Mahomes isn’t having a great statistical season, that’s for sure, but seeing what he’s working with, which is basically a bag of chips at the skill positions, I have to be impressed with what they have accomplished. All that said, unless their D can turn it up ANOTHER notch, that team is very beatable.
  3. I guess I fail to understand why the posts can’t be taller.
  4. Agree completely, Kelce has fallen off a cliff. He looks old, chubby and slow out there. Gray is the bigger threat.
  5. I hope this is sarcasm, otherwise it’s idiotic. This is about as good as claiming Josh was loaded with weapons around him his whole career because they got him Diggs. Hunt has barely held a job in the league the past 4 years, Kelce has fallen off a cliff and Worthy hasn’t done ***** yet. The defense is good, not truly dominant, but they are good.
  6. Indeed, big game today, that TD catch was pretty impressive. I had high hopes for him, glad to see he’s getting going.
  7. I wasn’t sure at the time, but no it’s not.
  8. Absolutely. I think to this point Daniels IS the MVP, that team was hot garbage without him and a legit contender with it, but he’ll win OROY and not get the MVP this year. The media loves Lamar, so any excuse for him to be in the race on the back side of this year will be used. Mahomes numbers say he doesn’t really have a case, but the record is there and Josh is back to throwing picks, so he’s probably going to have that thrown in his face. If the Bills some how pull the 1 seed, it will give JA a shot. Otherwise, I’m assuming KC will get it and in that case, gotta think Mahomes gets MVP, he’s working with very little and still winning, even if the numbers are pedestrian. Goff should be in the mix, but I don’t know if anyone really believes the success is not in spite of him and actually because of him.
  9. Nah, 1) it ain’t over yet. 2) this one is being watched, they have to be careful not to reveal themselves.
  10. I don’t know what got into Cook over the off-season, but he’s running HARD this year, good on him.
  11. Oh don’t ya know, all they had to do was win out 😂
  12. Pickens was just as guilty of PI, might as well have been hugging each other.
  13. The Steelers O is SO bad. God bless the guy playing against Boswell today in fantasy.
  14. I love Shakir, but Diggs was an easy 100 catch 1100 yard guy here, no offense to Shakir, he’s not that, yet at least.
  15. My Gawd you are blind homer. Kermit has won every meaningful game and has SB rings on top of it. Mahomes is THE best QB in the league, it’s not close and there are lots who will debate you on Allen even being the second best to him (I think he is). Babich is unproven at best and the Bills still have to beat KC before there’s ever even a chance to play the SB, much less win one.
  16. They also have arguably the least talented WR core in the NFL, if you can’t at least get a few opportunities… I don’t have a lot of optimism. I’m not saying it’s 100% sure he’s done, but with the physical tools he has and the complete lack of anything, don’t expect miracles.
  17. Obviously not the next Hill, he’s too tall, he’s basically Chase! Ok, back to the real world, if you can’t crack the Patriots WR core, I don’t have a lot of hope. I’d be interested in bringing Claypool back if they really feel a “need” at WR.
  18. I think it’s fair to question if Kincaid is worthy of more targets. I want to say he is, but I have to lean on what I saw last year, not this year. The thing that stands out to me, with his production down, Diggs gone, and Shakir not coming close to Diggs production.. where is the offense going to come from in the passing game? It has to be Keon and Coop, I just don’t think Brady has a scheme to get the WRs open outside.
  19. There is only one u touchable on the team and that’s Allen, everyone else is replaceable.
  20. I don’t think there is one to be real. They want to control the ball, milk the clock, which is completely opposite of what you SHOULD do with a 1st ballot HOF QB. They limit his number of opportunities to be great, which in some cases, can be good.. BUT…. They played with fire by not getting anyone who could stretch the field. I questioned it all off season, what’s to stop the D from clogging the middle, taking away the TEs, Shakir and making it harder to run. The only answer is short routes to the RBs in the flats and Allen making insane plays on the run where the deep spots come open. Now, when it comes down to moving the ball WHEN YOU HAVE TO, the struggle is real. It’s 100% on Allen to create something. Somehow, they wanted to lessen the burden on Allen and if you see it as taking away the number of time he throws, they have. BUT, they also took away any opportunity for him to easily move the ball when they need to. Yes, it’s called hyperbole. How about this, the combined win percentage of the teams is below .500 I think the question is, are they maximizing the talent? They have completely taken the ball out of the hands of 1st round pick Kincaid, high paid TE Knox, biggest FA acquisition Samuel, and have barely involved 1st pick this year in Keon and the new pro bowl WR Cooper. The only guys getting “maximized” are the RBs.
