  1. It’s a legs position anyway. If he has full range of motion with the arms he is plenty strong even with time off to handle his spot. It could actually be a major help for the team going into the playoffs. To have Linval and him available to take on the Ravens in the AFC Championship will be big 😉
  2. Yes, the NFL has too many teams, the talent pool is too diluted. They have screwed up the quality of the product, the problem is, nobody cares enough to stop watching. Once the Saudis get done destroying the balance of the golf world, they should take a swing at the NFL. If they could pull off what they did to the PGA and pull a handful of top QBs to an alternate league, the NFL could crumble the way it deserves to. Imagine for a second if they pulled Mahomes and Allen to an alternate league and then landed some of the top college guys, who wouldn’t have to enter the NFL draft and can get paid more. It could disrupt the NFL faster than it did golf. All it would take is a well timed strike, catch a year when a couple of big QBs are hitting FA and there’s a solid young crop in college. Think about last year, they could have poached Lamar Jackson, CJ Stroud, possibly Rodgers, Brady, and had Herbert and Burrow in their sites, pulled in guys like Flacco etc as other guys. The league would blow up quick.
  3. Amen to that.
  4. Agreed, the league as a whole is lacking an elite team. SF is IMO the best, but Purdy can’t have a game like he did last game. Baltimore can be lethal, but I have a lot of questions. Buffalo should be the run away #1 seed, yet are not a playoff lock, it’s insane. Had this team remained healthy, I think the Bills would be considered SB favorites.
  5. That’s a YOUNG QB, not a grandpa.
  6. At this point; and I do mean this seriously, Tyrod Taylor is superior to him in every way. Not only that, he makes Tyrod look like a risk taker.
  7. Nobody is paying that disaster 27+ a year, on the open market he’s worth MAYBE 15. Ok, reality like 5 as a back up, but his name might carry him. Better off w Mayfield by a mile.
  8. Not like they didn’t already know.
  9. Who’s better? Really, who can you say is better? They have only LOST 3 games, the Bills choked 6 times, Miami is a fraud, it’s hard to take a Flacco lead team serious as the best, so who else?
  10. He grows beautiful hair.
  11. With you, the Jags are frauds. I think you nailed him. He’s a purgatory QB, just good enough to keep you winning enough games to get ***** draft picks and never get anywhere in the playoffs. I know it’s not on now, but how about Flacco? Dude is playing good football.
  12. Ed has finally been playing the way they thought he would when they drafted him, good to see.
  13. Biggest take away for me, I’ll just put my TV on mute any time Collinsworth is calling a game from now on, I hate the sound of the man’s voice at this point.
  14. I literally said it when Stick threw it back, I was sure we had given it up, thankfully their guy missed the fact he had 5 on 2 in front of him.
  15. Oh come on. It’s McClappy you KNEW the TO was coming.
  16. Well 23 seconds against a back up QB and I suspect McD has no answer.
  17. Collinsworth is insufferable
  18. That’s huge
  19. That’s a move.. must have been a Staley backer 😂
  20. This is almost as bad as the post I saw yesterday , proclaiming La Porta the best TE in the league and OROY.
  21. Might have cared 5 years ago
  22. The only way either of those teams can beat us is running the ball, they both have good backs, I would not take them lightly. The Bills did a nice job against Pollard, but that said, they got 4 extra offensive possessions from Dallas stupidity (penalties and not challenging the Diggs fumble) and put them in a hole so a balanced attack was out the window. Let’s not forget who the Bills have lost to this year, there are NO sure things. If they lose to a Stick and knock themselves out of the playoffs, I’ll be forced to quit watching football forever.
  23. I’m optimistic he can come back and play at a high level. Comparing what a NT has to do vs what a LB does is not similar. Watt and Milano can make an impact simply by being in the right place at the right time, Jones has to maul his was past a 300+lb man EVERY snap, hand fighting the entire time. Full strength in your limbs is vastly more important. It sure would be great to have him back and making an impact going into the playoffs.
  24. I think that’s more realistic, we can’t forget where Joseph came from. Relying on him to last the whole season at a high level is a risk at best, I’d rather have him play at 100% for 50% of his current snaps than 75% on any of them, assuming Jones is ready to go 100% for his reps of course.
  25. Healed is one thing, ready to meaningfully contribute is another. See; Miller, Von .
