  1. Good luck to him, seems to have found humility and has the right priorities. Hope he can make it up and collect some nice checks.
  2. You have to get him to say he wants to focus on coaching only… in public.
  3. I’m with you, an apology would be fair. The real beef should be with McCrackhead for having his starters on the field in a game that was Waaaaay over and trying to make a “comeback”. Seriously, game 2 of the year, down 28, late in the 4th, WHY is Adams on the field. That’s just stupid.
  4. Milano is as much 225 as I am, his quads weigh 60lbs each. That guy came to camp closer to 250 than 225. I bet he plays around 235.
  5. Seriously, wtf?
  6. He was never less than that here, but he got dinged up a lot and never had any quality that made him stand out. He was running behind a garbage line, in a pass first offense, with an equally talented, yet slightly more exciting back as competition to start. I think a HEALTHY Moss, in a scheme that lets him get in the flow of the game, can be a good back. He doesn’t have super elite traits, but he’s by all accounts a hard worker, with a lot of knowledge of the game. Being real, he’s one of the top 64 athletes in the world at the position, he has talent, he just needs better circumstances than the truly unique guys. Given the opportunity, I see no reason he couldn’t be a consistent 1000 yard guy. He’s got average speed, good size, good power, average hands and average vision. That’s enough to make a career of it. Keep in mind, the Bills are running the ball more and better this year, not because of the backs nearly as much as because the scheme and the line are more geared to it. Cook sure wasn’t this good last year, you know both of the back-ups have mid-level ceilings and they are all getting some pretty good chunk yards. The difference between Cook’s explosiveness vs Motor is noticeable, but the first step and vision aren’t much different, Cook can just take it to the house where DS was going to get caught. This has a lot of merit. He had his best year in the contract year, good for him. He still is more potential/hype than production, but maybe he will have the right opportunity to convert some of that to production for the Bears. Now, to me, the Bears are idiots to ditch Roquon over money and sign Edmunds to that deal, but that’s their problem.
  7. Why can’t we all see the truth, Edmunds is this generation’s Paul Pozluzny. Stats are there, but impact is severely lacking. Once Poz left, people could see it, it won’t be long when the Bears are looking to get rid of him because of the contract vs impact and people will wonder, “what happened to him?” In reality, he’s never been an impact guy and he has absolutely ZERO instincts. If he can see the ball and attack, awesome, he can be an athlete. Ask for anticipation, forget it.
  8. Remind us of their record again?
  9. I say it’s the Raiders, who will win less than 6 games all year, who cares?
  10. Yeah, that makes perfect sense, surely there will never be a let down from one OC to another 🙄. You consider one coach an underachiever, yet the coach you have is worse, but of course you want to keep him. I see how MY thinking is ridiculous.
  11. The key to the league is scoring points, every time Josh Allen makes a coach look good, they will be hired away. If you have the McVay, Payton, Reid, etc. the scheme stays the same and the O keeps rolling. Having a defensive HC is a handicap. I wish the Bills would figure it out. McD is on a worse pace, so we should keep him?
  12. As of right now, you would have to think he will put pace that, he’s yet to break anything and he will eventually. Considering it’s game 2 and he’s already this involved, I think he could easily do a little more. 80+ and 800 yards should be in reach.
  13. If anything, the UNC from the Bills sideline may have said something. If it hadn’t been an issue, they wouldn’t have taken him to the locker room. For all the things I’m not a fan of in the NFL from a rule standpoint, this is one that actually makes sense. You could see he needed to be checked and they in fact found something. Rapp really popped him, that was a tough hit, probably going to be fined for it. I’m a little surprised with the game clearly out of hand, the Raiders would risk their guys like that, and unfortunately, here we are.
  14. Unpopular opinion, I think this stems from the gold C on 17’s jersey. The coaches won’t keep him in line and it’s rubbing off on others. Oh and Milano is a monster, I really don’t care about his one penalty.
  15. Better than I expected thus far, that means little, but if he remains largely invisible, that’s probably for the best. He’s made more splash plays than I recall Edmunds making his entire career, so that’s a bonus.
  16. I saw him get some good blocks in today, I was actually quite impressed vs what I expected from him. He’s a lot further along than I expected in that respect. He’s looking really good thus far.
  17. I just want to see him get the chance to rush from the inside more.
  18. Tried to warn people.. he showed nothing in preseason and people still thought he was something.. there’s a reason nobody knew him before signing here.
  19. Currently tied for the first pick overall, ya never know.
  20. I think it’s pretty clear they have overloaded his mind with thoughts, he’s not playing loose at all. Forcing everything. He didn’t run on OBVIOUS running situations, see the INT where he had a 15 yard gain he could take on the ground, on third and short no less, with the sideline to just step out and avoid hits. Instead, “don’t run, take your shot” thinking and we lose the ball. Then he gets frantic in the pocket, instead of taking the short pass available, he goes out and tried to hurdle where he had no shot of and gets smashed. He played like garbage, did it in pre-season too. I’m starting to wonder if those report of him not preparing are not more accurate than we want to believe. I also question if that’s not why Diggs has a riff with him and the staff. JA isn’t held to the same standard and Diggs is sick of it. It sure doesn’t seem like we are seeing the same guy who was locked in being the best player on the field, like 2020/21. This looks like a guy who got full of himself and thinks he can do what he wants bc he’s the man.
  21. Maybe, just maybe, those statements about Josh not putting in the preparation time and relying on ability aren’t as far fetched as we want to think. I think Allen needs a stronger coach that will hold him accountable, when he’s getting to pick his coach and take on play calling in pre-season, I wonder if he’s not more of a spoiled brat vs the disciplined QB we need. Doesn’t seem like he and Dorsey are on the same page, maybe that’s because Allen sees him as a buddy not an authority figure.
  22. What if the whole statement was “We aren’t here saying; if the black players don’t like it here, they should go back to Africa and see how bad it really is; we want everyone to win. It’s important for us to ensure our players know we value them and want them to feel appreciated, we also need to convey a unified message to the world so we don’t damage the image of the league and lose the opportunity for these men to see continually larger paychecks and more revenue for us to help lift up our local communities.” If there’s one thing, we should all know, it’s that you can absolutely not trust anything from the media, and not trust them to not twist words to make a story.
  23. I’m betting part of it was to avoid training camp.
  24. I’m betting part of it was to avoid training camp.
  25. That sucks for them and Rodgers, I’m not a fan of his, and was happy he left the game bc I figured they were going to be tough with him, but season ending/possibly career ending injuries are awful. Worst yet for Bills fans, Wilson has actually looked pretty good this pre-season and wasn’t too bad last night. They may be alright with him. He made one bone headed mistake vs JA w 3+, it would suck even more if he develops.
