This run D is so pathetic -
Just stop, you’re embarrassing yourself.

I think it’s pretty clear you are completely clueless. Now you went and backed your opinion with facts, that kind of stuff won’t fly around here. Well done.

Ok, it’s a stat that says you catch the ball, that’s the job. Just for everyone who has a big hard on over Shakir having the “best in the NFL” he no longer does, it’s St. Brown, Godwin and then Shakir, and McConkey is a whopping 3% lower, so perspective there, it’s 2 freaking catches a year difference. It’s a stupid stat. Justin Jefferson is at 68.7% vs Shakir at 77.8, guess the Vikes would trade Jefferson to us for Shakir, right? He really didn’t do all that much at Georgia. Yes, that 3rd rounder wasted on Cooper would have represented the difference in value to go up for BTJ, but Beane couldn’t live without another rotational (back-up) DL, so giving up a 3rd last year was out of the question. Now we get to go into the next draft with the same hole and no 3rd rounder..
-
That’s one of the dumbest stats in the world and indicative of exactly nothing. Would you say that Shakir is the best WR in the league? Nobody in their right mind would agree. Ladd has more yards, better average catch by a wide margin, more TDs, all as a rookie. He is better than Shakir already and the only delusional Bills fans would even attempt to argue otherwise.

I went to one during the Bledsoe era, vs the fish I believe. I got tickets in the then M&T box, which was great when a complete whiteout moved in. I remember watching Bledsoe wind up and sling a ball from about the 50 yard line and it disappeared, then Peerless Price comes flying into the front corner of the end zone all alone, turns around, waits and the ball hits him in the chest for a TD. Pretty sure that’s also the game the Nate Clements toddler passed out on my shoulder, his wife(?) was in the seats right next to us, he was running around like crazy and then just crawled up on her, leaned into me and took a Power Nap.

I did not see him being this good, I don’t care if you think “we already have Shakir”. The kid is better than Shakir, as a rookie and perhaps more importantly, would be under contract longer, cheaper. Oh AND you could throw him and Shakir on the field at the same time. I like Coleman, but early returns, no doubt the Bolts stole one.

Informative article on Burrow’s discontent with the Bengals org

They really need to force a sale of that club. Way too much talent being wasted without funds to back it/promote it. Let the Browns collect their 5 Billion and move on. -
Saturday Games - who are we rooting for? Belinda

Never want to face a team that knows you that well. Ultimately though, they are the longest of long shots to make it. Yes, please let it be a team you can sell out on the run against. Neither of their QBs are worth worrying about. -
Will He Reinvent Himself: Coach Sean McDermott

I’ll pass on Daboll, let Johnson bring his own guy and preferably have him retain the play calling duties anyway. The rest, I’m all in. -

The scheme puts the guys in the position. The scheme dictates certain “types” of guys to play the positions. They have consistently tried to ram square pegs into round holes to fill the scheme needs instead of playing to talents, so I’m going to go right ahead and disagree. The scheme is the issue and the inability/unwillingness to even try something else is an issue. The D line was built on the premise of rotating guys, until Von came and said “I can’t play half the time and be effective”. So now they don’t rotate and the Smurfs gets tired and run over. You made a change to suit a guy that’s useless and refuse to adapt to the players you have. Meanwhile the much maligned O coordinator, who fans think has zero creativity, takes another OL and puts them at TE to make the run game work bc his TEs can’t do what he wants. So where exactly does the buck stop? Does this team have talent on the D? Not much. Who wanted the players they have? I’m not sure . Whose job is it to maximize what they have? That I know. Who’s not getting much from the talent? That I know. Who seems to always make the wrong call in key moments in big games.. again.. -
I’m not going to go that far, but he is not the same player he was last year.

Any award that’s voted on will get skewed to whatever the voters deem exciting that year. Josh is having a great year and doing more with less. Jackson is absolutely stuffing the stat sheet. If you take it all in a vacuum, Jackson is having the best season, in context Josh is more Valuable to his team. The biggest problem for JA is playing in Buffalo, the last month of the season is always garbage weather and stats get deflated, then the recency bias comes into play. He needs to light the Jets up Sunday.

Ladd looks legit, he would be the best WR on this team already, so it doesn’t matter where he lines up per se. Keon has potential, and more physical tools to work with, so it may all work out w time.

Broncos, Ravens, Chiefs - Can the Bills run through this gauntlet.

Maybe they draw Pitt and the ghost of Wilson’s past shows up for the game. -

I don’t like the odds against the Ravens, the D has been awful against the run and their D has gotten much better since they curb stomped the Bills early in the year. It’s also plausible it’s a winter mess and that allows the Bills to sell out on the run and they could do it. Until we know more about the situation, my answer would be, no, Baltimore will bounce them. -
There’s been a lot of rumbling in the media about Lamar having his best year ever and the MVP race isn’t over. The recency bias is real, Allen was all the rage after the Rams/Lions, then laid an egg against the Pats. Lamar continues to put up great numbers. If you really watch it, it’s a lot to do with the threat of Henry running you over and Lamar is taking advantage of it, but do the voters care? That’s the real question. Hopefully, JA goes and drops a massive game on the Jets and wraps up the 2 seed and MVP all in one game.

Chiefs @ Steelers (no Bills talk in here please)
DCofNC replied to TrentEdwardsCheckDownOn4th's topic in The Stadium Wall
Wilson is washed and his line is pure trash, he has no time to throw down field, but when he does get time, he pats the ball and can’t make a decision. They would be better off with Fields again. -

If you believe this team is beating them both, you really must think Allen is Santa Clause. -
