  1. Detroit moneline also 2 of 2
  2. Packers are playing as well as anybody right now. They would beat Detroit, Eagles, and Bucs.
  3. The mistake was trying to get the whole first down vs field goal range.
  4. You lose to KC begging for that call vs pushing the refs limits and forcing them to call it
  5. Refs are swallowing the whistle because of the Dallas game
  6. Growing up 10 miles from Detroit during the drought. They made it easier for me
  7. Lions are the most Billsy non Bills team
  8. It looked like he was totally out
  9. If the team looks ahead the should be shot. We are just fans. How do we stack up against the 49ers? 😀
  10. We are so similar to KC this year. We both enter as dominate offenses with elite QB's. Both offenses struggled and both QB's played a little more inconsistent than they probably would like. WR's struggled to get open. Both teams leaned more on the run game. Defenses for both are playing well. Again, for both it seems like first to 21 wins. The question in my mind is who has gotten better since our last dead heat match up? I don't think we will be able to take advantage of Cook in the passing game like last time. Rice is becoming more consistent for them. Mahomes is with Brady and Montana as far as the NFL's best playoff performers. Throw the regular season game out. I don't know how this is anything but a dead heat. I have been hard on McD's playoff performance stating that we need to win an AFC championship to really change my feelings. But if we do get a shot at KC and we win, I would say this year would meet the definition of "success". I would think a win here would be considered the best of the Allen / McD era. Go Bills!
  11. They give up an average of 30 PPG on the road this year. This is nothing new.
  12. Live on the west coast and work for an east coast employer
  13. Agree. Miller has to sit here and yes, we could see a “big” 3 DT package. My hope is McD has to know even when you think it will limit you, it’s another conversation being in it. The New England game should have taught him some lessons. No point in even trying to run our Nickle base here. Which is difficult because we aren’t flush with LB’s at the moment. As many big bodies as possible We just don’t know in a lot of respects. I mean to your point, Cook has probably never played even a back yard game in the snow. But same with Davenport outside his time with Pitt (another Miami kid). Does a McCoy like player exist on either team? Nobody knew McCoy could do what he did until the Lions/Eagles but watching his two snow games it was like he was playing on a different field. Something so small could make a difference.
  14. That would be cool and all if that’s how it’s played out, but that’s not how it’s played out. Allen did not carry us like that in Bengals game or the Patriots game and in both games we were bullied on the ground. While I think we fair better than we have as we likely have learned a bit, this team is built with speed and to defend the pass. Not to defend a power run scheme. We have a finesse offense as well.
  15. We are a speed and finesse team on both sides of the ball. It’s the NFL, the margins between good and bad are not big. You have no clue who is superior when you can’t execute basic passing plays.
  16. As a flat footer, chronic shin splinter, and long strider I had no agility but I kept better footing than most in the elements. Interesting that Sayers was trying to consciously run like that. I just thought he was flat footed.
  17. He is one of the better coaches in college football. I don't know who I would rather have right now.
  18. Good call out, but I think it's just how the running style is. Gale Sayers was like that as well. I don't know how much a player can adapt to this by trying to change his running style. Shady had a gift with it. It was like he wasn't even impacted and nobody could keep upright. That Lions/Eagles game will always be very memorable for me. Agree, I think it lends itself more to a flat footed running style. Just logic. More surface area touches the ground the better traction. Some people really are flat footed vs others with how they make contact with the ground. Our defense is small and fast. Snow is the worst thing for us.

  20. I'm getting 4 time AFC east champ on my tombstone
  21. Having easy access to wax, edibles, and pens, does change behavior. It allows you to conceal usage. 5 years ago if I wanted to get high I had to make everything around me smell like weed. Now I can just hit a pen. People do it at work. Driving. It’s absolutely changed behavior.
