  1. Same here, if their right about him I'm very glad we didn't
  2. I sure hope not, last thing we need is Belichek spawn in Miami.
  3. Marvin Lewis: The Bills are really starting to come along of late. Their a scary team and we certainly look forward to the challenge. On Offense Bledsoe has come on well and Thurman Thomas has really improved their play at RB. At the WR position we must contain their trio of Evans, Lofton, and Price. Defensively their among the leagues best. Wright at Adams make up a formidable duo inside and Nate Odoms is really having a great year at corner. Ok I'm done now
  4. While Saban is a great college coach, and could become a good NFL coach, in recent years college coaches have bombed in the NFL. He is the type of unproven coach that could set them back a few more years. Anybody know if Saban has any NFL experience? I know he coached at LSU and MSU but thats the extent of my knowledge.
  5. From this weeks press conference with Marvin Lewis Q: Your thoughts on Buffalo this week? ML: Buffalo is playing very well right now. Offensively with Willis McGahee, their receivers, Peerless Price, and Lee Evans and the quarterback, they are playing very well. Defensively, they are getting after teams. I saw that big Sam Adams had a couple sacks yesterday. Their special teams have returned a couple of kicks in the last few weeks. I think they are the leading special teams unit in the NFL right now. It is a great challenge, and it is going to be a lot of fun. This is a great opportunity.
  6. I took a picture of TKO and put him in a cheetah fur coat, gave him Mr T chains, and put a crown on him. He looks like a cross between a pimp and a king from the 80's.
  7. I try and update my avatar, it says avatar updated then it goes back to the screen and the pictures not their. Whats the deal?
  8. Lets hope that holds true the next 3 weeks
  9. Shake them animated totties
  10. Touch yourself, better yet get a woman to do it for you. I promise positive results.
  11. Doesn't impress me in the looks department. That said if you could getherdone it would be a hell of a story.
  12. Ya but I just went to school in Kalamazoo, decided to stay. Suburban Detroit is way to populated for my tastes. Plus I couldn't afford it right now even if I wanted to move back.
  13. Hey Pete, what part of Michigan do you live in? I was born and raised in Livonia, now live in Kalamazoo.
  14. I meant to say he had borderline Olympic speed, but your right about 100 meter times. As for the conflicting reports its because he ran the 4.19 at his personal workouts at Florida State. Optimal conditions/wind aided etc. The 4.29 was run at the NFL combine and is still the fastest time ever recorded for that event.
  15. Many athletes with 4.2 speed can train in that consistency over 100 meters. My point was that a 4.2 40 is incredibly rare yet a bunch of high school football coaches have these kids believe they actually run that fast. Another fact to further prove how amazing a 4.2 40 is. Ben Johnson was widely recognized as one of the fastest starters in Olympic history. In the 1988 Seoul Olympics Johnson ran a world record 9.79 100 meter dash. The time was disallowed shortly after when he tested positive for steroids. You know how fast he ran the first 40 yards in for that race? 4.26
  16. He also picked Drew at QB last week
  17. 4.2? Not to be a prick but unless you run a low 10 second 100 you don't run a 4.2. In fact Deon Sanders set the record at the combine running a 4.29. Anything in that range is world class speed, if you truly got it then congrats. Most football/track coaches don't know how to take accurate 40 times, and unless its done electronically odds are the times are bogus. Consider this, like I said Deon Sanders has the fastest 40 in combine history at 4.29. What does he run in the 100? 10.26. Sanders could have been a borderline Olympian. So if you are faster then prime time I recommend you start training for the Olympics.
  18. In my mind they all blended together into one incredible play. Hard to distinguish one return from another, they were all so fun to watch. I could have taken away the Moulds catch from the Baltimore game but IMO it was one of the finest of his career. Just because it didn't impact the game doesn't make it any less spectacular.
  19. Willis is not yet 100%, so yes he could gain some additional speed. But please remember that he will never appear to be very fast. Flat footed runners have sneaky speed, they take long slower strides. The slower stride part is why they appear to be slow, but in reality they make up for this by covering more ground per stride. One more note about flat footed runners. One other famous flat footed RB comes to mind, Gale Sayers. He is also a great example of how running flat footed can be a huge advantage in inclement weather. Sayers once put up 6 TD's in a rainy game against the 49ers. If you watch the highlights he appears to be running on a dry field while everybody else can't even stand up. As the Sayers example shows running flat footed allows you to have more traction in bad weather. The reasoning is simple, if you run flat footed more of your foots surface area is touching the ground. This provides the additional traction a toe runner would not have.
  20. These are the plays that come to mind, I'm sure their are more so feel free to comment if the play is not listed.
  21. I had the Ravens at 10/10 and the Broncos at 9/10 like you posted. As for the lower mark for the Jaguars game I feel that they still stand a chance to lose against Houston or Oakland. They got their first big win of the year against a putrid Chicago team. They play every game close, and have pulled of some miracle wins all year long. Houston definitely has a chance to beat Jacksonville.
  22. I would agree on those predictions, I also think Seattle has a chance against the Jets. If they can stop the run it could be a interesting game especially after a confidence building road win yesterday at Minnesota. I'm feeling a little uneasy about the Green Bay game only because of the dominance shown by the AFC this year. That said Green Bay is still a very difficult place to win at in December.
