I'm not trying to be a hater, but I saw your picks from last week and now you’re on the Colts? Books heavily adjust the spreads in games with a large public support. You will hit and cover a few, but over the course of the season you'll fry. Think about it. Very few people make money handicapping, and you’re doing exactly what everybody else is doing. To have any chance you need to be doing the exact opposite of everybody else, and under isolated conditions.

How did the Titans match up a few weeks ago against Indianapolis, or Miami against Chicago. Look at the performance we put on late last year against a solid passing Bengals team. You have to understand when a team is given no chance in a game that's when they often play the hardest. Obviously everything points toward a Colts romp. I just think most would agree that back to back road wins against playoff teams is exhausting. That’s what the Colts did. Buffalo just came off the bye, and won. They should be more rested, and have some confidence. Most teams can run on Indianapolis but often get over aggressive when they start scoring. It play's exactly into what they want you to do. NE could have won by running; instead they tried out dueling the Colts, and lost to the turnovers they create in the passing game. We can run on the Colts, and I also believe we can stop their run. No matter who's throwing the football if you can do that you have a chance to win.

It all boils down to us staying close early, allowing us to establish the run. I don't think we will pull the upset, but I see Buffalo being more competitive then people think. The Colts can be run on, and A-Train is good straight ahead with some power. I see his style being effective against the Colts undersized and undermanned interior. When teams control the ball by running the Colts have been human. Look at the 14-13 comeback win at home they had over Tennessee. They can't score if they don't have the ball. More along these lines is the potential for a Colts letdown. After a huge win at Denver, and then a very physical win last night, I have a hard time believing they will be fully up for our lowly Bills. On the flip side Buffalo should have a little confidence boost from the win verse GB. Crazy?

Favorites Oklahoma -7.5 San Jose State +14 New York Giants -2.5 Arkansas -4 Navy -12 Second tier Florida State -6.5 Miami NCAA +125 Rutgers +209 Cincinnati +21 Most these games I bought a point or two. I might do a 5 teamer with my favorites, we shall see. Also while I'm on my craziest winning streak ever, I've capped enough to know I will cool off soon enough. So use these at your own risk.

Gym Calls Police On Weightlifter Who 'Grunted'

What’s funny is most weight lifting experts suggest you grunt when lifting. It guarantees your breathing. -
Seems like a decent betting week ...

About 56 minutes left in that one. LONG TIME. -
Thanks everybody, been a pretty amazing day! I'm young so this should help me kick start my investing and savings plans, plus get some decent wheels. Again thanks for pulling for me guys, GO BILLS!

No my net worth isn't over 2 million, but believe me, I've thought of every scenario. If I decided to hedge last weekend I would be sitting on half of what I won. Not like I don't get the play it safe logic, but it's gambling. I expected to lose this bet to begin with. Just like I expected to lose the one last week. Regardless of what happens I won't look back on my decision and second guess it.

I wanna win a bet not get an STD

Looks like DeLuca is against it

Last week it was Cleveland. I'll ride Buffalo tomorrow like they're a thorobred

Tax mans going to get his. Isn't it the gayest thing ever that you have to pay taxes on gambling winnings?
-
I'll probably kick some of toward a car. I also haven't visted my Dad in Vegas in awhile. That would not be a good idea
-
I could hedge it, guarantee me half. I think I’m going to roll the dice though. Call me crazy, but Buffalo was my favorite game of all of them.

So last weekend I hit on a 6 team parlay betting football, total bet was $200 for over $11,000. I never do big parlays, but I loved the card last weekend and things actually worked out. Needless to say I was thrilled. I cash out the majority, and left $1000 in the sportsbook. This weekend I say what the hell, and make another ridiculously unlikely 7 team parlay bet. This time $100 for $12,000. With the early NCAA games finished I've won 6 of the 7, with only BUFFALO left tomorrow. I'm not counting on anything, but holy hell will I be one happy SOB if the Bills win by 4 or more tomorrow.

We are a sick bunch of fans...
Mikie2times replied to Reed83HOF's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Exactly. In Michigan it's down right cool to be a Wolverine fan right now. I'm sure it's that way in any area when the home team is doing well. You know, the type of fans that talk about how much they care, and when the team losses they don't give it a second thought. I never wanted anything to do with being cool in that regard. I live and die with the Bills who are probably the most uncool team in the NFL. I think being such dorks of the NFL actually unites our fan base and makes us more fanatical. -
What are you basing your opinion on Gandy from? He played almost all G in college, was drafted by the Bears, and played several games at G. They switched him over to T, which is the same position the Bills kept him at. Now he's being switched back to G for the Bills. What we know is he was young and not very expensive when we signed him. Despite that he didn't receive any offer from Chicago. We also know his time at LT in Buffalo has resulted in him being switched back to G. I don't see how any of this points to him being a legit LG prospect. Sadly he's still one of Buffalo's better linemen. Being such a versatile player he would be great for depth on a good line.
-
The Bills moved JP to LT for the time being. You have to think Buffalo would really like him to work out at LT. Not to mention his skill set is much more suited to LT then RT. He tends to play stiff in the run game, and gets overpowered by larger ends. On the left side his athleticism would work more to his advantage. Many teams try and build power right sides and finesse left sides. We would be in perfect position to do this with Steinbach. What makes me nervous is he's so high profile. The last time Buffalo pursued and won a high price FA was TKO and that was awhile ago. I can't even remember the last time Buffalo pursued and won a high price FA lineman.

Belicheck: Good coach, poor parent?
Mikie2times replied to Phlegm Alley's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Buy the title you would think Belicheck's son was caught shooting herion in his butt cheeks. -
LG has been a problem since Brown left, and Gandy isn't the answer. Not after his first stint at LG resulted in him moving to LT. If Peter’s progresses and you add Steinbach next to him we could have one of the most athletic LT/LG combo's in football. Our blindside pass protect would be rock solid and under contract for 4 more years. We've waited for major line upgrades since Wade Phillips. Even the most patient fans can't overlook one more off-season of signing a third tier LG, and little else. Pay the man, and show fans the Bills are willing to commit to building from the inside out.

We think alike Orange, I'll be making a decent wager on the Bills. The bye gave them an extra week to prepare, and also gave them an extra week to hear how bad they suck. They will be as ready for this game as any this year. On the other side the Packers posted two consecutive wins against teams that are worse then the Bills. One in Miami, and the second at home against a mortally wounded Cardinal team. On Wagerline the Packers are being bet at a 63% clip, so people are starting to adjust to the two Packer wins. It looks like a classic trap game.

How many "Bills" fans are comforted by Sabres?

How many "Bills" fans are comforted by Sabres?
Mikie2times replied to Mr. T's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Would the majority of Buffalo fans micromanage the Sabres if they weren't performing? The answer, unless your a true Sabres fan is no. Being from Michigan I support Michigan teams (Outside of the Bills). When Michigan teams do well all of a sudden EVERYBODY is a diehard fan. That's what I see happening in Buffalo. Obviously the Sabers have real die hards, but unless you’re a true fan of those other sports/teams no amount of success can replace the sinking feeling you get when your true team fails. Even if you say it does. -
Season 1 and 2 are the best. The shows still good; it just declines every time I think no F'in way that's possible.
