Josh looks like he has that look tonight

Honestly, we are bend but don't break and they like the short timing routes. Burrow is the closest in this era to Brady (not saying he is as good as TB, just his style)

I felt that for a few weeks now. Its certainly top 10, could be top 5. -

Total opposite of Josh. If it’s designed and on time he’s elite but if anything doesn’t go exactly to plan it’s a disaster -
Great win. Everybody knows about your RB but you guys have a really physical WR I liked as well. As far as South Alabama, they’re actually a sneaky good team. They have played completely unmotivated at times, but when focused they’re at a power 5 level. Great job by Gundy this year. I’m going to miss Bedlam.

Wow, he throws 3 times on his own five when his opponent has 2 time outs. Then at half time he said they had the right call on defense when the Colorado player blew his assignment allowing a TD. They should have never even been in defense. Awful job coaching and Sanders (QB) is it possible to average .5 yards per pass? I think he might land on that number by the end of the game.

It would be pretty stunning if he doesn’t go first overall -
Week 9, Bills v. Bengals - Predict the Score
Mikie2times replied to Freddie's Dead's topic in The Stadium Wall
I actually like the Bills in this spot. I always said it would be our time when nobody thought it would be our time. If Buffalo was a stock, we would have officially capitulated and this thread is evidence of that. Bengals on the other hand are back to being Super Bowl favorites and while I'm "buying" as far as the upside of the jungle cats the 49ers are not where they were at all the first few weeks. They nearly lost to Seattle. Imbalanced perceptions in this league usually lead to massive corrections . Bills 31 Bengals 20 -
They have accomplished more with less time, we don't match up well against them, and they're playing better football right now. Who would present a more difficult match up for us? I prefer KC over them and the NFC is fairly weak. So I can't think of anybody.

Week 9 thread - We’re on to Cincinnati

He was just fine at the end of his career at Iowa State. So now, I wouldn't say "they figured him out". He was never more than a facilitator in a great scheme. Which now is missing some pretty big pieces. -
How Good Is Miami? How Good is Buffalo?

The last time Miami beat a team with a winning record when they played was Week 3 of 2022 -
Week 9 thread - We’re on to Cincinnati

I have lived all around metro Detroit, southeast Michigan, Northern Ohio (Toledo Area) my whole life. Cincinnati reminds me of the metro Detroit suburbs which are very clean and safe, but as a large city. We don't really have many nice clean downtowns like Cincinnati in the Midwest/ish area from what I have seen. Most our actual cities are dumps. I have heard good things about Columbus, but haven't spent anytime there. Chicago is great, but that's a monster, sort of in it's own category. -

I'm supposed to always disagree with you based on our Josh conversations 😃 100% on this. It certainly felt "Midwest" to me. I do enjoy that area a lot. Great place to be. -

Weird man. I like downtown as far as cleaner midwest cities. Met my girl there. But ya, I had no idea what it’s like to be there more permanently. My condolences. In fairness to that, they did sort of get shafted. My comments were about the reaction in the moment. Humanity is often lost in such situations. -
Now here is a guy who was another guy and then became the main guy. Now how about that.

I was in downtown the year they played the Rams. Fans were funny, seemed to take the game as well as one could. Handled the Hamlin thing with class. I want to not like them but….. -

Disagree. The Bengals have been notoriously slow starters and had Burrow on one leg to start the year. KC has a propensity to play down to competition in the regular season. Both those teams have a track record of exactly what we have seen then boom. As much as people want to justify our play with this notion we are not in that boat. We have been a good regular season team and we have been a completely dominant DVOA defense over the last several years. Our defense has performed at the bottom of the league since Jacksonville. No question the worst run since the McDermott playoff era started. Just that alone is enough to say it’s different this time. We can’t just “figure it out” if our defense is bottom 20. Hasn’t worked out very well for them as a top 5 unit on bigger stages. It will be up to the offense to be 2021 dominant if we want to make a run this year. That or some drastic changes with a unit that is out critical starters. Worse than even last year. -

Ya..I actually think over time they will unravel some of these parlay options. I I took under on Mahomes passing output and points on Denver. That is a correlated event to some degree. Certainly not perfect, but enough for somebody to potentially exploit those concepts more over time. I'm all but certain some combinations exist in this strategy with huge hit rates. Especially with even colleges being involved in this.

I won't use him. Burned two of my tickets this year. Ya...I don't really entertain the horrific final leg loss. Parlays are built to take you out painfully.
