No way the Colts, Steelers, and Browns hold up. Only 1 of those 3 are going and it might be 0. The Texans are legit, but even they could fade. We will be 100% if we take care of biz. -

Pitt seems to win every game in the bottom of the 9th -
Landing on Knox having a TD in this game and this not aging well 😄 Jokes aside, I never felt like Knox coming back was bad. I like Shakir and Dalton getting the snaps. If Knox takes the 40-50 snaps as TE2 I will take it. Perhaps against KC we might even feel 12 personnel make more sense. I like Brady managing this way more than Dorsey, that's for sure.

"I brought everybody together and said this was the goal, this was the intent, and I apologize if anyone whatsoever felt a certain type of way coming out of that meeting," McDermott said. "If anyone misinterpreted or didn't understand my message, I apologize. I didn't do a good enough job of communicating clearly the intent of my message. That was about the importance of communication and that everyone needs to be on the same page, ironically enough. So that was important to me then and still is now......13 seconds was also my fault"

Not everybody you let go should have a score to settle. That is if you have a decent relationship with them. Further, if he has decent relationships with people I would expect former coaches and players to come out and defend him. If he can't generate any defense off this it says all you need to know.

When asked about the teams recent increase in false starts McD discussed how disciplined Hitler was and if we can borrow from that process we might be able to take the next step. He then touched on the importance of timing in the Eagles game saying sure Josh scored early, timing matters, just look at how Hamas attacked Israel.

Do you think if he interviewed the currently employed they would be in a position to be honest? I understand interviewing former employees will produce a certain amount of negativity at times but I would also argue that it should produce some balance. How you end relationships and how those people feel after can say a lot about the quality of those relationships. I have had to let go a lot of people as I'm sure others have here. Some don't care for me and the situation was limited in how I could impact that, but certainly a huge % would still say at least neutral if not positive things. How you arrive at those outcomes and how you communicate is what is required to be a good leader with effective communication. If McD has people 20+ people waiting to BBQ him that might say more than you're giving it credit for about the type of relationships he had.

Things we know about Sean He is not an offensive mind He is not the most skilled at relating to players He does not make good decisions late in games He has struggled to maintain coordinators He has not been able to parlay regular season success into postseason success I don't need all these by any stretch. But I have a hard time thinking of any Super Bowl head coach has all this against him and in my mind, these are not really debatable things. You don't need this article to land on any of the above.

Those snaps are not in two TE sets. They have run two TE's on 8 plays the last two games.
