When asked about the teams recent increase in false starts McD discussed how disciplined Hitler was and if we can borrow from that process we might be able to take the next step. He then touched on the importance of timing in the Eagles game saying sure Josh scored early, timing matters, just look at how Hamas attacked Israel.

Do you think if he interviewed the currently employed they would be in a position to be honest? I understand interviewing former employees will produce a certain amount of negativity at times but I would also argue that it should produce some balance. How you end relationships and how those people feel after can say a lot about the quality of those relationships. I have had to let go a lot of people as I'm sure others have here. Some don't care for me and the situation was limited in how I could impact that, but certainly a huge % would still say at least neutral if not positive things. How you arrive at those outcomes and how you communicate is what is required to be a good leader with effective communication. If McD has people 20+ people waiting to BBQ him that might say more than you're giving it credit for about the type of relationships he had.

Things we know about Sean He is not an offensive mind He is not the most skilled at relating to players He does not make good decisions late in games He has struggled to maintain coordinators He has not been able to parlay regular season success into postseason success I don't need all these by any stretch. But I have a hard time thinking of any Super Bowl head coach has all this against him and in my mind, these are not really debatable things. You don't need this article to land on any of the above.

Those snaps are not in two TE sets. They have run two TE's on 8 plays the last two games.

If you asked me to name two difference makers for the Bills on offense over the past several weeks I'm going with Shakir and Kincaid. Some might feel Shakir is a JAG, but I think he is a sneaky good route runner. Kincaid is certainly developing into a a legit weapon in front of our eyes. I enjoy Knox's energy, I just don't know where he fits in anymore. If he takes snaps over Kinkaid I feel like we lose. If we go to 12 personnel and he takes snaps away from Shakir I feel we lose. I could see him benefiting us in situational spots as we go to 12 personnel or Dalton needs a breather, but this offense has lived in 3 WR/ 1 TE looks since the Jets game. I think that is our most prolific base formation. Longer term where does Knox fit into all of it? If we cut him next year we save about 6 million. Plenty of dead money comes with it, but again 6 million in savings. Do any of you think the long term play would be to keep them both? With Brady running point I'm more confident we will not allow his return to derail what we have been doing well. It's sort of weird to feel like this when getting an injured player back. Especially one who has made some plays in the past for us just not so much of late.

Beane Presser 12.6.23 - interesting comments on Von

I'm more inclined to believe Von is more like the person who sent those texts than the person he portrays himself to be. I really don't believe anything coming out of this investigation. The women in these cases, especially with famous athletes magically forget what happened. -
Beane Presser 12.6.23 - interesting comments on Von

It would seem to me it would be in Beane and Buffalo's best interest for the highest FA signing of Beane's tenure to not be physically abusive towards women. So from my perceptive Buffalo has a lot more skin in the game on Von than say Araiza. As far as guilty or not guilty, it is incredibly common in these cases for the victim to walk back statements. No longer be willing to testify. Cases to be dropped. This is not the first time Von has been accused of this type of behavior. It's really unfortunate if it was always about smearing his name. It seems incredible unlucky if he is again innocent of all this. I will reserve full judgement until more comes out but I question if the real truth on this will ever be known. -
Tom is going be very Jordan like in his opinions about the current state of affairs. While he may have a point, he also wouldn't ever agree with applying his feelings to his last Super Bowl and likely to many more of his Super Bowls. If we want to go back far enough QB's have had a cake walk for most his era. I'm certain guys from the 70's / 80's who saw near balanced INT to TD ratios feel some type of way. Instead of saying the game is better or worse I prefer saying it's different. Personally, I liked football the most in the 1990's and 2000's prior to defensive holding being a thing but that's probably because I'm 41. Everybody has a time where everything was just perfect for them.

Sources say ZERO PERCENT chance McD is fired
Mikie2times replied to Brand J's topic in The Stadium Wall
He’s among the most successful regular season coaches of all time with his win%. He’s also becoming one of the most unsuccessful coaches of all time as it relates to regular season winning% and postseason results. We didn’t have success in either area for about 25 years. So I get why some people still feel he should be the guy, but given our history in big games it shouldn't surprise even his biggest supporters why fans are very worried this is a Marty situation. The odds as pointed out by many are actually getting to be pretty favorable that is the case. -
Addressing the "Josh Allen is TO machine" narrative
Mikie2times replied to FireChans's topic in The Stadium Wall
I’m not in a place to break data down right now but I would be far more interested in knowing the ratio of points vs turnovers against teams that are above .500 over multiple years vs two randomly picked teams. We roll the pups of the world and in those situations all things are not equal. We rarely will ever commit a turnover in those games. Once the situation becomes equal in a competitive situation if I was to bet we don’t do that great in that ratio. As Buffalo requires 50 pass attempts and other teams aren’t taking near that much risk. -
Addressing the "Josh Allen is TO machine" narrative
Mikie2times replied to FireChans's topic in The Stadium Wall
Our style of play is too dependent on Josh. We can analyze a TD/INT ratio and as many have pointed out, the huge TD rates are what balances out the higher turnover rates. So we say ok, we will take it. But other teams can score without it being from their QB at much higher rates. At the end of the day how many turnovers you allow really matters when all things are equal (similar points scored). This is not Josh’s issue as much as it’s a Bills issue and it’s beyond just what weapons we have. If Josh is part of the offense vs him being the offense we don’t throw 50 times and we avoid the all but inevitable INT that comes with fifty passes. -
Braylon is high. He’s beat Ohio State three straight years. He will be welcome at Michigan if he punches a nun.

He basically won one more game than Rex averaged with Taylor. Crown him.
