  1. It would be amazing if he want to Tampa 😂 But several of those teams would be a good fit. Tampa, New Orleans, even Atlanta.
  2. Really gifted voice. I've never heard anybody like him and it helped make his roles more diverse and enjoyable.
  3. I have no kids. But hypothetically if I had a daughter and she brought this guy home I would kick her out of the house with prejudice.
  4. He's going to be hell bent on restoring his image and the only way to do that is get back to form. This was by far his best game. I expect we will see improvement transpire as the season unfolds, we will have to keep him based on cap hit next year and he will likely have one blowout final 10+ sack year in 2024. Then we will part ways in 2025.
  5. They could pay 200 refs 200k per year and it wouldn't even be 1% of revenue.
  6. This photo was taken at AT&T stadium while Wrolstad was seen talking to Jerry Jones.
  7. Is this the only task on earth you don't get much better at with year round training? That would have to be the NFL's stance to not have full time refs. That or they just don't want the additional cost.
  8. You can work out some punters
  9. Probably CJ Spiller. The way Thurman used to run them, it was one of the prettiest plays in the game. I would think we would want to have some more plays that take advantage of how aggressive DL are. Screens, reverses etc.
  10. That's like asking your girlfriend if she's mad before your girl catches you in bed with another woman and holding her to her original statement.
  11. Bill B: How can I add more Tight Ends without calling it a TE?
  12. They play a feisty Jets team, a Ravens team that will be playing at home and like it's for Home Field, and Dallas. We can still win the division goin g 3-1 with our one loss not coming to Miami so long as Miami losses two of the three mentioned (which seems just as likely as winning 2 of 3). Those are not easy games and they peaked at the wrong time. If we beat Dallas we will end up in control of our destiny for the division. If we don't, it still will likely play out that way. I actually think the division is probably our easiest path to the playoffs at this point. Not that the wild card isn't still in play.
  13. He’s one of the very few that would. His size, length, strength, are still prototype. I mean he was a 3-4 end with these numbers. I can’t imagine him in a 4-3.
  14. I would say the division is just as much in play as any other path. Perhaps even more in our control.
  15. Good post. I do think teams take a big swing at us. The national exposure will do that. I’m just not as confident we will reconcile the close scores. As you point out, 3 years of this. So more likely going to be 4? I would want to understand who was favored in these games as well but I appreciate the thought process here.
  16. 2022- The Bills were #1 in DVOA and not by a small amount. Number 2, 3 and 4 all went to the conference championship and two of those teams went to the Super Bowl with KC being the winner 2021- The Bills were #2 in DVOA. 3rd, 5th, and 6th went to the conference championship. The Bengals were a historic outlier. The Super Bowl was won by the Rams who ranked 3rd. 2020- The Bills were #3 in DVOA. 2, 3, 4, and 5 went to the conference championship. #4 Tampa won it. The Bills have 1, 2, and 3 finishes the last three years and we have been to one conference championship. We drastically underperform against DVOA. Nearly to historic levels when factoring in three years of output. 99% of cases I would agree with point differential eventually evening out as samples grow but normal trends like that don’t apply to this team. We never over-perform against our main stats. Anybody who has followed advanced stats of this team for multiple years is aware of what I’m talking about. Happened with EPA for most the season this year.
  17. Was really curious on that myself as it's basically lost that we allowed a straight up dagger to get in TD range in a very short time. Looked like a blown coverage on a heavy pressure that didn't get home.
  18. I said we shouldn't have max blitzed Denver at the end and everybody was like benefit of hindsight, bla, bla. We easily could have lost. I'm glad we won. I liked his calls late. Lets leave it at that.
  19. If we lose out McD is still our HC. Bills aren't throwing a parade for him postgame unless they already know. You know McD likes things a certain way. It's very unlikely to me that we would consider an outsider at OC at this point unless Brady just implodes.
  20. I think the drop by Diggs on the screen pass blew up the entire sequence. I think he was calling plays based on the expectation KC would defend the run. So he calls a screen and tries to get it outside for 4-5 yards and take it down to the two minute warning. Diggs drops it. Now it's 2nd down and again, you have to think they're playing run at least enough to think crap, if they shut us down on a run it's 3rd and long. We tried to outsmart KC on 1st down, doubled down on 2nd down, and had no choice on 3rd down. I don't like that it happened or how it happened, but it makes sense (what I think he was trying to do).
  21. I agree 100%. Which made me uneasy and hence the thread.
  22. -The 4 weeks prior to Dorsey being let go we ranked 8th in EPA on offense and scored 21.5 PPG. Both those numbers only go up if you take that data back further. -The 3 weeks Brady has been OC we rank 8th in EPA on offense and scored 28.6 PPG. We have generated almost 7 more PPG in the sample with Brady but in the same sample our defense ranked 9th in EPA vs 32nd in the previous 4 when Dorsey was here. -The Jets game was an avalanche -Philly actually has a trash defense this year. Not sure if everybody has followed that. It also took a historic 3rd down performance in the Philly game to do some of the things we did. -Then we obviously just saw the KC game What you can see with Joe B is more emphasis in the run game. A complete shift in utilizing Cooke as a receiver which is really exciting since we haven't seen any RB featured in the passing game in a long time. Josh does look more comfortable right now as well which is probably the most important thing. All this is good but I almost feel like we are just starving for competency to the point that we have anointed him when really it's not a crazy variance off what we saw before. EPA ranges in these levels would be historically poor for this offense. Still, I see the progress and I'm very happy he is here vs Dorsey, I just don't know if I'm ready to hand him the keys to a race car. I guess I was hoping we would look at seeing who is the best in the offseason and perhaps we still will.
  23. Josh is like…
