Oh no, kicking balls that are a bit softer have more recoil. They travel much further. I'm sure a pressure exists in which it's too soft, but about the worst thing for a kicker is a very hard max inflated ball. It's like kicking a rock.

If the barometer for McD to redeem himself doesn't include any postseason results you should really be evaluating priorities. It's crazy to me how drastically opinions change in literally a couples games. Our fan base can't see past the end of it's nose.

The one thing I do like is that Miami / Baltimore game is shaping up for homefield. So Baltimore should be pretty motivated. Another note, they played one of the better regular season games of 2022 last year. Miami won 42-38 after outscoring Baltimore 28-3 in the 4th quarter.

You can't be value centered in some situations. If you know a guy can put us over the hump and you know the contract is going to be sticky but you can get it done, you just get it done. You don't nickle and dime over a few million dollars.
