If it could save real cap money, it would be worth it plus later draft pick to help us trade up. Beyond that I guess you keep him..,

He’s done it consistently in big games while facing pressure sometimes while not. Sometimes while having time in the pocket you will see him look at the short option only to ignore it and force it downfield. This is nothing new. Sometimes it’s lead to spectacular plays, most times it results in a punt. Yes he was very disciplined in the first 3 games, that went out the window since then.

People will flame you for this, but all you have to do is look at the last Houston drive. The last drive of the KC playoff game. He’s consistently choosing the downfield option over the safe available shorter option that would help us move the chains. He did well with it without major pressure in the first 3 games, but reverted the past two games when the pressure was on.

This is a great response honestly. How many threads came after rookie Qb’s faced the two teams that just beat us🤔? If you don’t want to discuss that, move on…
