2024 Election Polls - President - Senate - House
Backintheday544 replied to Big Blitz's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
missing some key parts from the poll: And more Americans who watched the VP debate or followed news coverage afterward say the event made them think better (33%) rather than worse (26%) of Harris; fewer said the debate made them think better (26%) rather than worse (30%) of Trump But the number of U.S. adults who now view Vance favorably (37%, up from 31% in September) is still significantly lower than the number who view Walz favorably (43%, up from 39%) — and the number who view Vance unfavorably (48%) is still significantly higher than the corresponding number for Walz (40%) -

Fixed this for you: she got sentence to 9 years in prison for: Peters was convicted of three counts of attempting to influence a public servant, one count of conspiracy to commit criminal impersonation, first-degree official misconduct, violation of duty and failing to comply with the secretary of state. In Mesa County — a scenic, mostly rural area on the Colorado Western Slope known for its peaches, vineyards and mountain biking as well as oil and gas drilling — Peters’ actions have cost the local government $1.4 million in legal fees and lost employee time, County Commissioner Cody Davis estimated at the sentencing hearing. “In a real and specific way, her actions have led directly to death threats and general threats to the lives and the families of the people who work in our elections,” Crane said. “She has willingly aided individuals in our country who believe that violence is a way to make a point. She has knowingly fueled a fire within others who choose threats as a means to get their way.”

Great point! We know Trump voters don’t care if he breaks the law. True he’s already a 34 time felon. Hopefully the biggest impact the next 30 days is to draw more legal fees to take away from the Trump campaign. -
Hopefully everyone in NC sees Republicans have better things to do than help them.

Trump and Vance may be facing felony charges for their lies about Springfield: https://dayton247now.com/news/local/felony-charges-under-review-in-clark-county-against-donald-trump-and-jd-vance In the statement, the city said the Clark County Prosecutor's Office is reviewing possible felony charges for both men. The charges were filed last month by Guerline Jozef, leader of the nonprofit Haitian Bridge Alliance. Ohio law includes a rarely used mechanism that allows private citizens to pursue criminal charges. The charges include: Making False Alarms Committing Telecommunications Harassment Committing Aggravated Menacing Violating the Prohibition Against Complicity -

Leaked Trump audio about his wife: So they’re going to get millions of dollars but the woman, the wife, this beautiful woman, I handed her the cheque – we handed her the cheque – and she said, ‘This is so nice, and I appreciate it, but I’d much rather have my husband.’ Now, I know some of the women in this room wouldn’t say the same. I know at least four couples. ... At least four couples here would have been thrilled, actually.” -

This story seems to be spreading quickly. Just this tweet alone with 2.4 million views. You'd think the GOP would try to distance themselves from Nazi's, but that does cut out a chunk of their base. -

Everyone in Florida that’s R do this: -
this is a good summary of the ones people figured out https://www.newsweek.com/list-redacted-people-jack-smith-filing-donald-trump-1963301 CC1 Rudy Giuliani - Trump's personal attorney CC2 John Eastman - Trump lawyer CC3 Sidney Powell - Trump lawyer CC5 Kenneth Chesebro - Trump lawyer CC6 Boris Epshteyn - Trump adviser P1 - Steve Bannon - Former White House chief strategist P17 - Brian Kemp - Georgia governor P21 - Mark Meadows - Former White House chief of staff
-
On December 7, CC1 attempted to send P37 a message (though failed because he typed the wrong number into his phone),” Smith’s document says. The message Giuliani was allegedly attempting to send read: “So I need you to pass a joint resolution from the Michigan legislature that states that, *the election is in dispute,* there’s an ongoing investigation by the Legislature, and * the Electors sent by Governor Whitmer are not the official Electors of the State of Michigan and do not fall within the Safe Harbor deadline of Dec 8 under Michigan Law.” - Hahaha this is hilarious. We can’t trust Republicans with the government since they don’t know how to use a phone.
