And he bailed on an NRA event today. He’s not in good health. We really need to see his health records or he should step aside for Vance. -
Great job Harris!! This is A Reagan and Bush speechwriter. Just keep chipping away at those R voters.

If you look at Nebraska the polling is skewed. The last 5 polls per 538: Osborne - +6, -6, +3, +2, +5. The -6 was from right leaning pollster. -
Donald Trump abruptly canceled an interview on his economic plans with business channel CNBC, one of its anchors announced Tuesday. Joe Kernen, the conservative-leaning host of its flagship show Squawk Box, revealed the move during an interview with Charles Phillips, the Oracle chairman who is supporting Vice President Kamala Harris, saying “Trump canceled. https://www.thedailybeast.com/donald-trump-cancels-mainstream-tv-interview-on-cnbcs-squawk-box Let the man retire and Republicans can try again with someone with less dementia in 4 years.

Also, interesting strategy here by Trump... will it work? https://www.nytimes.com/2024/10/15/us/politics/trump-campaign-costs.html The most startling example is the official payroll of the former president’s campaign committee. He had only 11 people on it, as of August. That is a tiny fraction of the more than 200 people Mr. Trump had on his campaign payroll four years ago and the more than 600 people on Ms. Harris’s campaign payroll in August, federal records show. -

We can also look at the thoughts of your favorite Nate Silver “So you’re selecting for people who are high on partisan motivated reasoning, who have organizational incentives to sugarcoat the data, and who won’t necessarily even harm their campaigns by having biased polling because campaigns aren’t really trying to make accurate predictions in the first place. There’s a host of literature on how it’s often better to have an unbiased “outside view” like the one public polls provide rather than an “inside view” colored by bias. These aren’t just theoretical concerns. In 2012, a reporter for the New Republic got access to the Mitt Romney campaign internals after the campaign was over. The polls were biased toward Romney by an average of almost 5 points.” https://www.natesilver.net/p/why-you-should-mostly-ignore-internal -

Id wager they’re more likely to over estimate support when doing their weights than a no -biased public poll. Still the good guy is up 2. Theyre projecting Dems need to be up 390,000 VBM votes in PA to have an easy win. So PA is looking good. plus McCormick thought the Eagles were the Steelers We can also look at the thoughts of your favorite Nate Silver “So you’re selecting for people who are high on partisan motivated reasoning, who have organizational incentives to sugarcoat the data, and who won’t necessarily even harm their campaigns by having biased polling because campaigns aren’t really trying to make accurate predictions in the first place. Internal Republican polls have Casey up 2. Pretty good for a biased Republican poll. https://static.politico.com/79/e9/eaf701084e77be9afaa85356e3b8/slf-october-memo.pdf -
