  1. That’s nice Johnnie… GO BILLS!!!
  2. No I’m not, all of us have seen him take the Bills out of the ”drought” and we are all happy as hell about that, BUT, his defenses and special teams have let the team down repeatedly regardless of who is or isn’t injured for many seasons. Sean’s insistence that his defenses will win important games has not come to fruition, you me and everyone else has watched his “D” fail in clutch moments repeatedly, it’s not the players it’s Seans scheme. His Under investment on the offensive side of the ball has as well shown to be a problem. These issues are not by any stretch new, Sean either needs to change his stripes (not gonna happen), or nothing is going to change, it will be more “rinse and repeat” we need someone that sees ways to use our personnel in a different way to get to the next level as the saying goes. I would suggest that T Peg should have a serious and objective discussion with Sean and suggest he stops doing the same things over and over and expect different outcomes when it has yet to happen. Sean has done a lot of good things for Buffalo, we all know this, but he has plateaued and this we all know as well. GO BILLS!!!
  3. Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor…,
  4. It is a systematic problem, in the way the team has been structured since the current administration got here, they certainly have improved things, we all know that, but at the same time the GM & HC have noticeably hit a wall/ plateaued in how the have the players play the game. In other words the D has been figured out by better teams DCs, we see it every season, and the Offense has been essentially patch worked in the trenches, and no viable replacement for either Brown or Beasley have been brought in together until this season, and only half of that need was addressed with Kincaid. Our offense rocked when Diggs, Brown, Davis and Beasley and Allen were grouped together, yet Beane and McDermott haven’t been able to replicate that level of WR/ QB success, they keep throwing money at the D, but without greater success, this is a systematic issue, not Diggs issue. GO BILLS!!!
  5. I don’t necessarily disagree, and “if” this is the case, they both need to drop by T Pegs house for a bit of a discussion…, this team as structured by the HC can not continue in a status quo fashion going forward. The emphasis on the Ds structure/scheme needs an overhaul and the majority of resources need desperately to be changed over to the O side every draft and every FA period or nothing is going to get better. We need better minds running the show. GO BILLS!!!
  6. Yup, we have been doing the wash and repeat routine on defense for many seasons now, same results regardless of who is or isn’t injured. This result screams for this team to put the majority of their resources into the offensive side of the team, could we all just imagine what this team looks like with multiple high picks and expensive FA weapons for the offense every season…, imo the time has come for a serious discussion about how decisions are made and who is making those for this team going forward. The current administration has so obviously plateaued…, something needs to change to get over this hump. GO BILLS!!!
  7. My WAG is D - Oliver, Douglas and Floyd O - Davis, Kincaid & Shakir GO BILLS!!!

  9. Every country has dirty little secrets, its good that he is exposing this one to the daylight,
  10. I’m buying, the eagles aren’t going to take us seriously, to their detriment, Joe Brady and staff will be “Cook”ing up some awesome Kincaid sauce with a heaping side of Diggs, and a sprinkling of Shakir and Davis to spice things up, GO BILLS!!!
  11. He will reach his peak when he has an GM,HC and OC that continually work to capitalize on his and his offenses skill sets, until then he will not have peaked. GO BILLS!!!
  12. Personnel use, play calling with purpose, an actual game plan, in game adjustments, all making execution by the players easier, is what the difference was , and low and behold the offense looks competent and has success. GO BILLS!!!
  13. Good it will show the blood of our opponents all the better! GO BILLS!!!

  17. Irsay has evidently been dipped in sh-t Ya gotta be a special sort of DS(see above) to be a billionaire and get busted, what a schmuck,
  18. I agree that personnel use has not been optimal, to the point it has held the offense back from being the constant dynamic force it could be, it got much worse when Dorsey took over as OC, so bad in fact they had to fire him, Dorsey like Frazier never had a plan “B” and we all witnessed the results of that type of coordinator, does McDermott share in the blame? Yes he does, as well, things like Benching the best RB for a fumble or an up and coming receiver for a drop for an extended period of a game, that is an WTF moment, and he has done this throughout his tenure here, its a cut your nose off to spite your face move, especially when there is no one better to put in that players place during the game, its these sorts of decisions that hold teams back. I certainly hope that Joe Brady ignores McDermott when appropriate and does what needs to be done to win games, GO BILLS!!!
