Okay, maybe its because he quit on the team and was a big part of why we were bumped out of the playoffs annually since he was with the Bills, the guy disappeared in the playoffs annually, hell in seven playoff games Mr disappearing act accounted for two (2) Touchdowns, in seven playoff games, while the ever derided Dawson Knox has seven (7) touchdowns in seven postseason games, and Diggs has the unmitigated gall to pretend his supposed lack of success is everyone else’s fault but his, and he was being held back by the coaches, the guy is a bum, talented? Yes, but has Never come through in playoffs when his supposed skill was needed the most, that little B itch couldn’t get open against the better D backs when it counted the most. Hope there is a rubber mat with his name on it, okay I’m done, time for another 🍸🚬, 😁 GO BILLS!!!

Hope everything works out for you and all the other people that are getting jerked around. It’s very likely not as big a deal as some believe, but what the hell do I know, I’m a 65 year old pensioner, that believes he’s right most of the time, and frankly nothing is worse than the guy with the “ Get Off My Lawn “ sign in the front yard, 🤣

Not being a professional football strategist, I can only say what appears to be happening, and that is, our Defensive scheme/ concepts / play calling/ execution, etc, during the playoffs hasn’t been consistent or good, at crucial moments during those games, granted there have been injuries, but the failing has been an annual thing unfortunately. I get a bit whiny 🤣because the brain trust hasn’t been able to break through the post season plateau, speaking from my position of limited knowledge of the particulars, the defense continues to roll out the same strategy/ plan every year during the playoffs with no tweaks or attempts to change, it’s a bit frustrating to say the least, in simple terms they never have an implementable plan B when what they are doing isn’t working, in my eyes I see a soft zone that allows repeated easy yardage gains by or opponents, at crucial points in those games, arrrrgh!!! Frustrating arrrgh again 😂 that’s all I got right now, GO BILLS!!!

I consider O-line to be part of going all in on offense, and am pleased that they have been addressing that group, 😁👍

I hear you, and I get the Diggs for multiple picks thing, but there was big talent available in that draft, it’s been seven years, and only one high draft pick (a 2nd) and trade of picks for Diggs to address needed elite WR spots, I guess it’s the not going “all in” on offensive talent that bugs me a bit, yes Kincaid, but he is a pass catching TE not a WR, you need both, to me Beane/McDermott are too piece meal in how they address the offenses needs season to season, it frustrates me that Sean’s Defense gets the #1 priority pretty much every offseason, and that defense lays an egg in every postseason, jmo, always hoping for the best! 😁🍸🚬 GO BILLS!!!!

That’s all fine and dandy, but we are not getting the right players at the Key positions in the first three rounds. I think Beane does fine job in the mid to lower rounds, but imo, he does not do well when it comes to the key positions, for example the WR position, iirc during the entirety of this regimes time here they have only drafted one, that’s right, one, WR in the first two rounds, in what, seven years…, is it just me? I find this to be counterintuitive, lol, it’s probably me, 😁🍸🚬

Agree, it comes down to our HC & GMs vision of team building, they do a good job, but outside of Josh Allen they have yet to do a great job of acquiring the right players at the key positions, on offense we are always one or two quality WRs short, and miss on “D” line guys, ours guys are good, but not consistent enough to be game changers with regularity, this is what we are missing, jmo. That and some basic scheme flexibility,

What you stated is understandable and certainly has benefits in coaching and with players, at the same time this concept can perpetuate operational flaws in a system, in this case a defense that quite arguably could stand some tweaks especially in the postseason. There are moments when new thought processes are beneficial in coaching especially when an evident plateau in performance is not being overcome. If one always promotes from within, new concepts can be slow to be implemented or developed due to system adherence, organization that resist new ideas quite often are left to play catch up or get left behind. Imo, McDermott has been an above average HC, and certainly has been of benefit to the Buffalo Bills organization, but he has demonstrated an inability to make changes in his system/scheme that might very well overcome the plateau in performance his teams have been stuck on for the past several seasons. GO BILLS!!! Always hoping for the best!
