  1. And there ya go, out performed Lawson over the last Four years, at 5 million less guaranteed..., as posted above, “trust me **iches”. Lawsons history says contract year guy, and that is likely Beane’s assessment, just sayin. Yes he might be above average going forward, but three years of okay ish, and one year of actually performing says a lot. It was a business decision, nothin personal. Go Bills!!!
  2. This is yet another example of the endless corporate welfare our politicians gift to corporations, those poor down trodden multi billionaires need our tax dollars so much more than we do...time for a change don’t ya think... Go Bills!!!
  3. As an Allen fan I see this in a similar light as you do, Having the offense in the top half of the league will keep Allen as the undisputed starter, but he will need to show he can stay there and improve as needed. If not Beane and McDermott will have no choice but to start the process that finds his replacement. Fingers crossed that Allen advances his game as needed. I do think Josh knows full well that his future income and status is in the balance. Go Bills!!!
  4. “Washington Americans” as said earlier, it works, its easy, and its a gimme for a marketing team, it will show inclusivity and national pride, etc etc. ...but as said above Snyder being the tool that he is, will likely miss a huge opportunity.
  5. I believe you are correct, at the rate infections are growing, and now the death rate is sadly increasing as well, there is little chance that the season will happen, there are a bunch of people who need to wrap their minds around this very real possibility, that and the NFL won’t be the ones making the decision anyways, I do find it odd that some folk really think it’s the NFLs decision, the league is pretending they actually have a voice in this.
  6. Worthless, you should just give it to me... ?
  7. Hell of an organization right, scum from top to bottom, I have no respect whatsoever for the organization. They are stain on football. What’s the under over on how long before the get caught cheating again...
  8. “The game is won and lost in the trenches” it’s my favorite because it’s true
  9. So are you sayin I can stop being afraid about something that I never needed to care about in the first place? Now what am I gonna do with my spare time... I here ya,
  10. I think it’s called concentration and focus. .. AC suffers from the lack of those as well.
  11. It is just the beginning, but don’t worry to much, I predict starting in early January things will start getting better. ? ? Go Bills!!!
  12. Not when it’s tax payers money, cough cough New Era... etc etc.
  13. Okay then, that’s super useful, oh, and you shouldn’t worry it doesn’t actually exist right? Go Bills!!!
  14. Now that is one stunningly farcical statement, note how you left out private corporations, now tell us that debt is good... and we should never question authority... nuthin but luv there dude, Go Bills!!!
  15. It may be so in the case of states with shoddy governance, such as Florida where the governor just does not care how many people get sick or die from this virus. Oh and the beer was nice and cold on a hot afternoon, ?
  16. I will rephrase... ? Right now, on a contingent basis they have permission to proceed with season preparations. But if the public health concerns rise enough the governors that care about peoples health will stop them from continuing, which can include no games played. With 1in 99 residents of Florida currently being infected, (see what I mean about governors who care) and the southern and western sun belt states closing back down, it’s on shaky ground at best. “Plans” are written in sand on the waters edge at low tide at this point. As much as it would suck, the pro leagues know full well there is a chance that there will be no season, and that in such case they will not be the decision makers concerning this. Any way, I’m feeling like a beer ? later ? Go Bills!!!
  17. Well, it appears that large corporations are not being held to the same rules you are, they just pay a fine and move on doing what they always do. The “little guy” always takes it on the chin it appears.
  18. The NFL does not have a plan because the states that the teams play in individually control if they play or not, and few to none of those states have a viable plan in place, This all is contingent on the the virus being brought under control, and it is not even close to being so for the many more months to come. The NFL has no choice but to do what the governors of the states say they can do. The league is not the decision maker on this, they are merely going through the motions putting up a facade of being in control of their destiny on this. Go Bills!!!
