Milano and Edmunds OUT against Miami
Don Otreply replied to Virgil's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Fear not, we will prevail, Fitz will be trying all to hard to compensate for the week one loss, he faces a must win game and he is bound to pooch this game as he prone to do. We got this, our coaches are good our players are good. We take care of business and we get the win. 👍 Go Bills!!! -
Joe B All-22 review of Jets game
Don Otreply replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
All grading systems are arbitrary, made up by some guy or guys, why in-fact all labeling done by humans on any topic is in the end arbitrary. This argument is kinda silly imo. Joe offers his view like is done by a multitude of people who do this for a living nation wide, no one is required to agree with his every point. Go Bills!!! -
Joe B All-22 review of Jets game
Don Otreply replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
That he is good enough at this football thing to make a living by being employed as a sports reporter by one of the highly regarded outfits is a step ahead of you, me, Scott, and the rest of us here, 😁 that alone adds gravitas to his opinion, in other words he does it full time for a living, not after work, and on weekends when the lawn work is done, 😁 that’s why most sports reporters voices are considered to have some level of authority. It is then up to us individually to agree or disagree with the points of a reporters review, but that has not changed since football started. Go Bills!!! -
That’s pretty much what I said, 👍

What up with Yeldon? Not a damn thing, 😁

The rook liked good from the little I watched. But god only knows where his actual ceiling is. I’ll bet that Cleveland wishes they had him over Maypole...

Milano and Edmunds OUT against Miami
Don Otreply replied to Virgil's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
This certainly isn’t good, but as coach says, if we control what we can control we will come out with a “W” we have a really good team and we will adapt, it’s better to get those two healthy for the remainder of the season. Go Bills!!! -
Edit: NFL removes Bass's kick from All-22 video
Don Otreply replied to Da webster guy's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Its yet another embarrassing blunder by the zebras, so the league disappeared it. That footage is the Property of the NFL, so they can do whatever the F they want to do with it. Luckily it did not change the outcome, time to move on, cannot say that I have heard of this problem before..., it’s gotta be a pretty rare occurrence. We fans have zero rights on this issue. Or in legal speak we have no standing. Go Bills!!! -
PFF Refocused Week 1 - Bills vs Jets
Don Otreply replied to MAJBobby's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Yes you are, 😁 Your ideal QB appears to be a game manager. Now that’s okay if you like boring football, it’s a “game” after all, it’s supposed to be exciting and entertaining, while winning. You need a beer and a fatty in the worst way, nuthin but luv ng, Go Bills!!! -
Is that length or girth...

How did the right side of the OL fare Sunday?
Don Otreply replied to NewEra's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Totally agree, it is amazing to me so many think there is no learning curve for 1st and 2nd year players, the learning never stops for players who are considered quality players at any position. Go Bills!!! -

Mea culpa...I was wrong about Trent Murphy...
Don Otreply replied to eball's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Murphy has been performing very well for way more than one game, and it is very likely you know that. You seem to like taking a sliver of the big picture and make it the basis of your argument. Go Bills!!! -
Remember it’s the hall of fame, not the hall of talent... so there are folk in the hall without big stats. Go Bills!!!

Mea culpa...I was wrong about Trent Murphy...
Don Otreply replied to eball's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Murphy was coming off injury when we signed him, and the coaches knew full well it would take some time to get up to par, as is usual it takes far longer to heal and be in top game day shape than most fans can tolerate. There abouts a quarter of the way through last season he really started playing noticeably better and has shown to be staying at a high level of performance since then, SM said as much in PCs in the recent past. A lot of folk here get all riled up about his money, and act as if it’s coming out of their own pockets. Frankly I don’t give a flying “F” what any of these guys get paid (top 5% in wages nationally) as long as they play well, and he does. We have a good D and there is no reason to be getting rid of quality contributors. Go Bills!!! -
Kyler Murray ran the ball 13 times, only got hit once
Don Otreply replied to Penfield45's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Just look at the size of KM he’s tiny, no wonder he tries so hard to not get hit.... all humor aside, Josh could certainly stand to slide/get out of bounds more often... he’s a big guy but these hits do take there toll over the long haul. Go Bills!!! -
Lack of RB Production is limiting this Team
Don Otreply replied to Lieutenant Aldo Raine's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I do believe that your thoughts on having a more stout run game is absolutely essential to the teams future success, I feel that the progression to get there has not been smooth over the last three seasons. Go Bills!!! -
Lack of RB Production is limiting this Team
Don Otreply replied to Lieutenant Aldo Raine's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Aldo, the 2018 team had virtually no O line, or receiving threats, and almost zero QBs that were ready to start. Can you say “the results of the strip down of a rebuild” no surprises there. The 2019 team was actually a real team, but with obvious flaws, yet made the playoffs, this season the team is much better all around, and has played all of one game, and running the ball was not the game plan for that game. So with the history and reasons well known the past poor performance is explained. Our running game last season was ranked 8th league wide iirc? Now going forward, if the running game is not improved there is then something to talk about. I would say that it matters more that the points are scored than who is scoring them, resulting in wins of course. We are going to be okay when it comes to our RB room carrying its weight this season. I think that game plans for given opponents will change the emphasis as to which group will do the scoring from game to game. I do believe that Singletary and Moss will be more of the emphasis in Miami. Go Bills!!! -
Well the Bills dreams have started

I can say that I have never had a football dream. Now that women I saw at the grocery store..., 😁👍 Go Bills!!! -
What does Darnold's performance say about Jordan Palmer?
Don Otreply replied to cage's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
This ^^^ I’ll certainly agree that Gase and Co are a sh-t show for sure, and that is not benefiting Darnold. But some folk are good in a classroom, but are poor in transferring that knowledge into a practical application setting. When I ran a bicycle shop we had customers who were Pratt and Whitney engineers, a couple of which couldn’t change a flat tire on their racing bikes to save their own lives, they knew the steps required, had seen it demonstrated repeatedly, but would almost always puncture the new tube at some point while installing it. It is what it is with some folk. Darnold as smart as he is may be one of those guys. -
Here comes that one thousand yard season...

That and top talent costs money, as you said we are in a win now window for the next couple of years, so the Diggs acquisition was a really good move by Beane. All those high draft pick receivers will take years to get where Diggs is now, and some may not get there. Diggs is as much of a sure thing as is possible in the NFL. Go Bills!!!
