I hear ya, but It is likely that Mcbeane will continue to invest in the D line, until they land the QB killers that they are looking for, it’s the nature of how it works. That it’s a big investment isn’t so much an issue, as that investment needs to continue to happen until there is a pay back as it were.

It is quite something when an organization dings QBs for things that didn’t happen, I’m waiting to hear about how RBs will be dinged for almost not getting a first down or receivers almost not catching a pass, oh, and always remember to never click on their site or a link to their site, hit them in the old pocketbook, 👍

I here ya, but he serves a function that helps the FO run well so there is that... that and he likely has a defined role as to his job responsibilities and does those things well, that also keeps him in the harmless category...

Ralph was cheap, and there is nothing you can do or say to change that, it is now chiseled in stone, to forever be remembered that way..., mostly Ralph fell out of touch with what the league was trending toward, that and his contact list of quality coaches pretty much hardly existed during his entire time of ownership...
