In actuality the contracts don’t seem to matter much to either party, as we have all repeatedly seen. Players forcing, raises, or trades, teams cutting or forcing pay cuts on players every season, it’s all pretty farcical. In practical application the contracts aren’t worth the paper they are printed on when it comes right down to it. By the way I never brought up trades of any kind so I’m not certain what your point was with that, anyway it’s all just day time TV soap operas, and much fun to mock.

A rookie running back and a big question mark on the QB and O line isn’t gonna move the needle very much for the Steelers, on the Bills behalf, having the entire starting receiver group injured for the playoffs was a rather large part of our post season demise, yes there were other contributing issues, ie; D line penetration, and the rather dismal run game when it was its number was called, but the receiver room being decimated with injury was easily the biggest problem, that and the overall game plan, (imo they coached scared) I would bet that the coaching staff understands that failure and has, shall we say, “grown” from the experience, we won’t be the same team we were last season, we will be better, anyway that’s my view, we shall see.

I especially find joy in the other teams in the AFCE having issues along these lines, I so wish the jets had kept Gase, and that they worked out a deal with the fins to coach both teams…, I know, I’m just being greedy now… 😂 just imagine Mr velocity (Tua) with Gase as his HC, 😂😆, I’m just out of control now…,

Not much on the care meter here either, only that I enjoy other teams experiencing turmoil, especially at important positions, ie; HC, QB, CB etc etc…

What the Bills actually need is somewhat more out of Josh as a decision maker, and a lot more out of the run game ie; the O line & RBs both, a WR Corp that isn’t all injured for the playoffs, and the “D” to stay healthy (unlike last season) and up their game across the board, that being accomplished we win the Super Bowl, 😁👍

Having worked in the military, worked in banks, retail, and for municipalities, rules get changed with no input from the masses all the time, it’s part of everyday life, does it create problems for folk? Yes it does, but we all make choices to mitigate the impact of our circumstances changing, it’s what happens when the responsibility of being the adult in the room rests on ones shoulders, it’s unfortunate that lives get put in a state of turmoil, but that has been the case for all of the history of humanity, people make choices, many times they make, shall we say choices that have negative impacts on their lives, like you I have little patience for the anti vaccination arguments, I wish no harm on those who don’t vax, but the outcome of that decision rest on their shoulders…
