Beane specifically addressed the run game issues in the season end PC, he in a not so subtle way told the coaches and players that we will have an effective run game going forward, I’m confident that the OC, OL coach, RBs coach and the players got the message..., I’m certain Beane was not giving lip service to the problem, if the run game schemes fail, some folks employment status will be tenuous to to say the least, that is usually a motivating factor.

Not probably, it’s in his job requirements to bring any info he gathers to decision makers, why the hell else is he on the payroll? 😁 This isn’t the Nix era, Beane wants any data that may give him an edge, I’m not saying the guy is a decision maker, but he is in effect a sports data scout, and would be required to relay timely reports up the food chain regularly as it were. This isn’t like the scene in money ball with a bunch of tired azs out of touch old farts wondering why the new kid is at the table...😂

Beane did say that he would cut unvaccinated players for those reasons, I would not hesitate to do the same if I was him. Play calling “balance” is as said up thread, is the way to keep defenses off balance as it were, our lack of the run game being an effective part of the offense made our O pretty much one dimensional, that dimension was very effective, until it wasn’t... gotta have other tools available when the one you’re using breaks down, we didn’t have that this past season, and it bit us in the azs. Beane made it abundantly clear to the coaches and players that we will have an effective run game going forward, I believe that will be the case.

Yes he is, this team didn’t go 13-3 because the guards suck, as many seem to believe..., Morse certainly has that concussion thing, but he was good at run blocking the season before this past one, O line injuries and run game schemes are most of why our run game suffered this past season, Beane said as much in the season end PC, to me it’s odd that some haven’t grasped this,
