I am tired of corporations getting the tax breaks, and putting the cost of doing their business on the backs of others, (the you and me of our country) so they don’t have to spend their own money, it’s total BS. Football is not that important, so as to saddle taxpayers with a private corporations debt for generations. What don’t people understand? The NFL has financially screwed the people of every municipality that has done the stadium game the NFLs way. When will folks learn? I see, my point was of course pff, one always needs to be able to read between the lines / filter out what is not relevant when reading or viewing such reviews or stat compilations, in which that humans are doing it, and will always have some bias or another, some outfits through their behavior are relegated to a lower position when considering their information as it were… I of course did not know Eric blocked you. Your posts are regularly well thought out and informative, ( whether I agree with them or not 😁) it then requires thought when responding, and that takes energy, that some folk just don’t have or don’t want to put out. Wouldn’t surprise me, but what the stadium game represents should not surprise anyone in what is chosen in the end.

And that is the very reason I and many others have absolutely no respect for the entire organization.

What is this allowed thing? I find them to be juvenile in their actions and therefore not particularly trustworthy in the information they put out, they admit to putting out misinformation just to bust peoples balls, how is that what a professional organization does?

That stadium cost more than $150 million, are you saying that the other investors are just charitable donors? Sounds like Santa Clara has a minority interest in the stadium, does the county own the land that the stadium sits on, on top of that $150 million you speak of, or is that property the $150 million they put into the entire investment??? Doesn’t stack up from what you describe,

They don’t owe us a stadium, and for damn sure we don’t owe them one either…, if they want a stadium for their team, they have more than enough financial wear with all to purchase one, if they want someone else’s money do that, so they can have said stadium, they gotta fork over stock in equal value to what the public financing is, then if they want to move they can purchase back that stock at its growth value, seems like a win win deal for both parties, no?
