  1. In & out is quite good, so is five guys, although they are different from each other, a thumbs up to both.
  2. Imo, it may be a misinterpretation of the desire for a #1 TE who has a higher catch percentage than the mid fifties over the past two seasons. Even with his splash plays, Knox’s over all play is lacking and it shows in his number of targets, Hollister while not spectacular has shown to be a more consistent target when his number is called, he appears to be a better/smoother route runner than Knox, I’ve been thinking Knox lacks full confidence in his point of catch ability, there in lies his problem, I suspect Beane and McDermott already know who has the edge in this competition, butt try that’s just me I guess. Go Bills!!!
  3. The best actual fast food burger 🍔 and fries 🍟 is in and out burger, Five guys is a notable step above “fast food”
  4. I hear ya, I think Hollister would be an upgrade in the pass catching part of the comparison, I have heard no info if he can block worth a damn, iirc Josh said something a short while back about how Hollister has really strong hands, outside of that I’ve got not much else, I just want to see improvement in the basics in our #1 TE, outside of a few plays I’m not so impressed with Knox, although I would very much like to see him improve, but who doesn’t? Go Bills!!!
  5. No one is “enamored” with Hollister, no one is calling him “great”, he is though a better pass catching TE than Knox is at this time, nothing more, Frankly I don’t care who wins first chair in the TE room, as long as that person ends this upcoming season with a substantially better catch percentage than Knox does at this present, 😁👍 I think we all want that 😁 Go Bills!!!
  6. It’s hard to know for certain in Knox, I hope he can step up his game, but like you said…
  7. Also true, but I don’t think anyone has labeled Hollister as great, just a better pass catching TE than Knox is at present, as I said up thread Hollister has a 12 point higher catch percentage that Knox does, and that is a notable improvement in performance over our current #1 guy at the position. Maybe Knox will up his game, but we shouldn’t be turning our nose up at a player who is factually better at catching passes by a notable degree, just sayin 👍
  8. True enough, but a large contingent of our starting and back up D personnel were out for periods or playing injured throughout a large portion of last season, so that may have had something to do with that lack luster performance.
  9. Yet, with a 12 point better catch percentage than our number 1 guy, yes Hollister is not a super star, but he does appear to be dependable, from his college years to present, and as stated, that is an improvement over Knox at this time, should this hold true, I for one will take that improvement. At any rate it’s another TC competition to keep an eye on. Go Bills!!!
  10. He is more consistent and a better pass catching TE than Knox, and he sure as hell is gunning for the #1 TE designation in this team, wether that happens or not Idk, but it is one of those TC battles to watch.
  11. To me this list, shows just how bad at HC / GM hiring evaluations owners actually are, as is known, if you get these two hires wrong you’re screwed, it’s as if owners repeatedly hire guys that have no actual plan or have little capacity to implement one. (Gase & Caldwell for instance) You would think by now the formula for team building would be well established, but I guess not…, the NFL is after all a private club for rich guys to play at, as long as the coin rolls in they don’t care so much…
  12. The FO is not letting out any info, extraneous or otherwise for other teams to see any sooner than is necessary, no need for some loser azs team to see anything we are doing as prep work for the season, buckle up ladies and gentlemen, the ride is about to start. Go Bills!!!
  13. Frankly all these position competitions are important in their own right, Beane you freakin genius, you have created a lot of battles, it’s a win win situation for the team and the fans. Go Bills!!!
  14. You are correct, they do indeed “study” film, as opposed to me.., and it is a stretch as you say.
  15. All these types of lists are based on biased opinions, (just like our own opinions) there are no absolutes involved, Josh ranked at #9 is because many pundits are still hoping Josh regresses, (the I told you so group) and that it’s the Buffalo Bills after all… it’s gonna take a SB win and or a few more successful seasons for the stain of the drought years to fade, sad yet true. Go Bills!!!
