We likely will never know, but on the bright side, he pocketed a few hundred thousand dollars to work out, so it was a really good gig for him.

And Duke, damn it!

Beasley had three broken ribs last season?
Don Otreply replied to Jerry Jabber's topic in The Stadium Wall
It more than other concerns, seems that Cole is getting a bit brittle as he is aging, broken leg two seasons ago, three cracked ribs this past season… he’s not getting younger and more flexible, Cole was a very important part of the offensive output while he was part of the team, but as is said, all things must pass…, -
Off Topic guess Lamar’s new contract
Don Otreply replied to 78thealltimegreat's topic in The Stadium Wall
How many times are they gonna pay these guys and watch them fail to be any better than they have been in the past, getting to the playoffs a couple of times doesn’t rate a kings ransom, being slightly above average rates a pay check for being slightly above average, how hard is it for a GM to say this to a player? QBs like Cousins are a prime example of grossly over paying for a bit above average performance, the Watson deal is ludicrous, it in effect nullifies the overall benefit of the cap dollars going up, it remains just as hard to build a team if the percentages of cap use stays the same…, -
Off Topic guess Lamar’s new contract
Don Otreply replied to 78thealltimegreat's topic in The Stadium Wall
Considering that Dak is noticeably over paid, and noticeably under performs, yet is a better QB, that would be a generous offer for a QB of Lamar Jackson overall skill set and potential, of course he will say he is being disrespected by being offered such a pittance…, will be fun to watch it play out, 😁👍 -
That was his cool down…
-
Yet American citizens will re-elect the very same shysters from both parties over and over and over…, humans are not very smart, the cool thing for the parties is that they have successfully divided and conquered the nation, just look around, we have all been duped with this red state blue state crap, both parties are to blame, and we fall for it every election. There are alternatives, we could elect smart honest people who have the citizens best interests as their priority.

This rumor was started to get Pats Little brother to show up in the wrong state on game day…

Jarvis Landry wants $20 million a year
Don Otreply replied to Inigo Montoya's topic in The Stadium Wall
Hows that old saying go, ah yes, want in one hand…, -
I’m thinking that calling it beanbag toss is not only more accurate, it has less of a alternative nuanced definition, and you can still be drunk while participating, he’ll you can even smoke too…,
-
That would be a shame, but you’re likely correct,

I’m thinking that the NFL will make it expensive so as to not PO their current broadcast/ streaming business partners, they can’t be seen as under cutting the business who are in essence the golden goose. It’s all about advertising dollars.

All, and I do mean all, HCs have to keep things secret, it’s just part of their jobs, it’s the endless need to have an edge come game day, where as a GMs job / intentions is made obvious with every acquisition or release, jmo, that and it seems like Sean doesn’t like having “to much fun” that might be why you get that vibe. 😁👍

Drew Rosenhaus says there’s more bombshell trades coming.
Don Otreply replied to Tipster19's topic in The Stadium Wall
What else would anyone expect Drew Rosenhause to say??? Just drumming up business for his clients. -
Josh not running the ball was never stated by McDermott. Like it or not our HC and his OC are going to have a functioning run game, and that is a very good thing. The Bills will continue to be a pass first offense, but will as well be able to run the ball when they want to, ideally with a RB, or with Josh when it is appropriate, all this pearl clutching nonsense about Josh never running the ball is a bunch of made up gibberish. At no time did he say Josh would never run the ball, where did this come from??????? There appears to be a notable lack of reading comprehension going on, or is it that people just love a good ole strawman argument…, 🙄 nuthin but luv for all y’all of course😁👍 Go Bills!!!
