Yup, “BPA at a position of need” , it is the methodology that all teams use. It is a rare occasion when a team makes a strict BPA selection in a draft that is not based on a position of need.

Its hard to believe the nine rating, I’m pretty certain he would have been pulled if he was that bad, Pff is really not so credible a good deal of the time.

Yup, that hip/ pelvis, brake/injury in effect, ended his career for the most part, he is unable to use his legs, hips and torso in a fluid throwing motion, he appears to “lurch” ( for lack of a better word) his upper body forwards when he throws the ball in attempt to create power/velocity, the kid is in denial and so are his coaches and fans. He did better his rookie year for certain, especially compared to this past season, but Singletary iirc still out performed him over all, both years.

Not really, they can tag him, while they make moves to moves on from him, max three years and they are back in the thick of things, in all reality, what team wants him on the roster in five or six years? he isn’t any teams QB of the future. Unless he becomes a noticeably above average passer, what’s odds that happens?
