Imo, not so, a coach goes to what he has learned and knows, that and they are keeping the EP scheme and language and the plays Josh likes, per what has been stated, with some new wrinkles, all of which is to be expected. With the addition of OLC Kromer we will see a more well rounded multi dimensional offense. Over all the above posts pretty much summarize what we are likely see from the new OC, again my opinion. Not always the case, as we Bills fans have seen in the not so distant past, ie; Marcel Darius…, and that other first round O line guy we drafted further back in the ugly years, maybe this guy will get serious with his weight gain issues, I certainly hope so for his sake. But he certainly has a history in that way.

Joe Marino had some interesting things to say about him, amongst them he said, the Bills likely don’t have him on their radar, and his history of being a fatty goes way back, gains and loses weight regularly, self admitted sweet tooth, might be worth the watch, jmo.

Not an unexpected statement from any angle one might view it, our FO keeps its business house, just another one of the many reasons Buffalo is considered one of the best run teams in the league.

Sometimes, shaking things up after several seasons of mediocrity is what needs to happen, most teams are not that brave and continue to pretend to be contenders. In this case they have had bad ownership, with a bad haircut, compounded by a bad GM, and HC, they now have a new HC & GM that may help, but the ownership problem remains, frankly they’re doomed, jmo.

Gronks big dufus routine is a facade, by all accounts he has stashed all his pay checks for the most part and lived on the interest and endorsements. He is supposedly very financially astute, this from the little I have read. At the right price he would be an above average contributor for the team, I still believe he has no interest in playing for the Bills.
