  1. Cleveland isn’t known for their smarts, they are again doing the “ ready, fire, aim” thing that they are famous for,
  2. Because as much as Tom Brady is a walking character flaw, he knows damn well that a good QB with poor weapons will not succeed to the level of championships. Everyone one knows this, the surrounding cast hasn’t to be really good to win it all. I need a cup of coffee ☕️
  3. The NFL talking heads, at that time totally dismissed the Bills as being a relevant team in the league, so none of them paid any actual attention to the team during those two years and mostly talked out their combined azses, which is SOP for them. Anyone who watched the games (which the vast majority of talking heads didn’t do) saw the potential and growth of Allen’s skill set over those two years. The talk show hosts just repeat each other’s talking points and occasional watched highlights, then they just blah blah blah…, by and large they say and talk about what they are told to say and talk about, the sports journalism part is mostly nonexistent.
  4. Yup, nail on the head, the C boys have been a running joke for a while, three years ago I was on a bus In Annapolis MD, and the driver was busting a guys balls for his unwarranted hope that Dallas was gonna win it all, it was funny as hell to Listen to, and ya know the driver was spot on, nothing had changed since then, 😁👍
  5. In theory a nice concept, but…, ya gotta be damn sure you’ve got all your ducks in a row before you squeeze that trigger, also consider the number of first round picks that don’t pan out they way teams thought they might, TH might just sit on his rep now that he’s been paid, wouldn’t be the first time a player relaxed his output under such circumstances. Just sayin,
  6. Likely our first pick in the draft, jmo…, must control the AFCE first and foremost,
  7. We’ll, the NFL, by and large has been morally bankrupt for some time now, so it should come as no surprise to anyone that this sort of thing is SOP. Do remember billionaires & multi millionaires have a different idea of what is acceptable than the peasant class does…, you know, “ let them eat cake” comes to mind…,
  8. Tua needs to get him the ball,, can’t just discount who the field general is, I don’t dispute what they may try to do with him, execution is the key here, and Tua isn’t near as good as the field general as Mahomes is, we are talking about a 2nd rate QB, with a first term HC, will they have some success trying that approach? Likely yes, but they are limited by the personnel that is making the attempt.
  9. So you are insinuating that mr arm strength/mr velocity Tua T is gonna do what Patrick Mahomes does, am I hearing this right?
  10. Being Tua is brittle, little, physically weak, and plays scared when he is pressured, I for one am not too worried, not saying we can overlook any team on our schedule, but we can let Von have free reign and put the little guy on the turf a couple of times, I think y’all get what I’m sayin…,
  11. That’s all quite possible, but we would be in that QB purgatory that all teams dread had Darnold been a Buffalo Bill, stuck in the 8 to 9 win season hell, hoping for a wildcard berth every year, makes me shudder just to think about it.
  12. All I can say is, even with their flaws, I’m happy it has worked out the way it has, it could be so much worse, as we have all lived through the worse portion.
  13. And if they had taken Darnold we would very likely be looking for a QB yet again, it nice that fate rolled in our direction, isn’t it, now we talk about CB & OL being needs, 👍
  14. Can you just imagine how pissed off Sauce Gardner is gonna be if he gets taken by the jets, 😂
  15. It’s odd, but it’s okay at the same time, kinda like most folk here…
  16. Imo, our O-line coaches have had issues in putting the best guys on the field, and scheming properly for their skill sets, it’s been going on for the past three seasons. Bates is a prime example, iirc he has played as good or better than who he has replaced every time he has been called upon, not saying he’s a great player, but compared to who has played in front of him…, we have missed the boat on this guy for some time now, I’m thinking he’s likely gone.
  17. I think Coach lawn chairs has something in mind for the O-line, not worried about run or pass blocking for this upcoming season, but that could just be me…
  18. They do take every opportunity to go on a rant don’t they, let’s start a punter thread and bait them into it again 🤫
  19. One of them is gonna have to drop to 17-19 area, and with all the good WRs in the league and the new prospects coming out, there will be a lot of action trying to get one of the good ones, Beane may very well be active in that area, but only if there is a significant drop by one or more of them, fingers crossed 🤞 we get our targets in the draft. Go Bills!!!
  20. For an Inuit hunter a beluga is a serious target…., for Beane? Not so much…, Go Bills!!!
