I’m kind of Over the Hines Experiment
Don Otreply replied to EmotionallyUnstable's topic in The Stadium Wall
No need to pearl clutch, it’s the same with all privately held entities across America, it’s always been this way, I never understood why people would pour that whine. -

This is very true, in fact it is the lunatic fringe that post on fan forums, just peruse any GDT on this forum and you will be given a first hand tour of the fringe, 😂 -
I appreciate your thoughts, I too am not a god guy, my thoughts are directly for DHs return to good health, as folk may have noticed from my posts, but we know the well educated health professionals and the skills/knowledge/learning gained over time is what made this happen, (not that Damar doesn’t have a long road ahead) now don’t some of y’all get me wrong, I am a spiritual person, just not a in Sunday go to meeting sort of way, if you get my drift. It’s a happy day for all of us humans to see one of our family return to us from the abyss, they joy and happiness Damars loved ones must be experiencing with this good news must be over the top!

Sean McDermott should be Coach of the Year
Don Otreply replied to Coach Tuesday's topic in The Stadium Wall
Yet some are awarded with lesser accomplishments, sadly, it’s more of a fashion show / popularity contest than an award based on the nitty gritty and merit, as it should be. -

Sean McDermott should be Coach of the Year
Don Otreply replied to Coach Tuesday's topic in The Stadium Wall
Sean should have received COY years ago for fixing a perennially broken organization and maintaining the turn around, the guy has been by passed by others, some who were not as worthy, jmo. GO BILLS!!! 🙏 for DH -

THE ROCKPILE REVIEW - Buffalo Rises, Again

Shaw, that is a magnificent piece of writing, thank you for having the capacity to put it together so well, GO BILLS!!! 🙏 for DH -
Imo, unlikely, if additional protection was to be a requirement, it would need to not restrict movement in any substantial way, so maybe something in the size of an 8x8 chest plate a 1/4” thick, with an appropriate shock absorbing pad attached to the side that would be placed against the area covering one’s heart, in conjunction with existing protective pads. This is just a WAG on my behalf, at present no one knows for certain if this would even be a thing. 🙏 for DH

I read something maybe two ish years back that players tend to go for as minimal pads/protection as they can, the article basically said that guys now wear less protection that was common years back, looking at just shoulder pads alone, they have gotten smaller over the years. It seams counter intuitive, but maybe that’s just me. 🙏 for DH

It’s generally a minority of players that leave early for health reasons, they all know to varying degrees the potential harm they are inflicting on themselves and their opponents. It’s a freedom of choice decision. Life is sadly unfair and a gamble, one choice from another brings different outcomes…, who when they were young would turn down a chance at being a one percenter for four to maybe ten years running? I know I would have taken the chance. 🙏 for DH
