Something very different: who we really are. 😄
Don Otreply replied to Italian Bills's topic in The Stadium Wall
We are out of the Shennecossett yacht club in Groton Ct, have not sailed over at Essex, mostly Fishers island sound and out towards Block island and Newport, 👍 -
I can see that view, it certainly his choice, but the odds are higher for re-injury / new injury returning to the game, depends on how immortal he is feeling, I hope he is fulfilled in whatever the choice he makes.

Having been through heart issues, (ten days in cardiac ICU & anther nine days in a step down unit)) and now remarkably healthy…, If I”m Damar Hamlin, I”m on my sailboat in the Bahamas, and that is exactly where I am right now. Damar is a wealthy man, being his salary was guaranteed in full by the Bills, he has gotten a second chance as I have gotten, time to move on young man, there is a much wider world out there, and it offers far more than football can give to you.

Would you resign Edmunds or a tackle?
Don Otreply replied to 78thealltimegreat's topic in The Stadium Wall
That’s a tuff one, Edmunds is coming into his own at this point, and the O-line is obviously in need of improvement, it would depend on if we could viably replace Edmunds in the draft / draft a couple of immediate impact O-line guys, Beane has his work cut out for him to say the least, if he drafts another D-lineman in the first this place I’d gonna go berserk 😂 -
Should Beane and McDermott not make a concerted effort shift resources to improve the O-line and address the OCs and DCs overall scheme they will have not done what needs to happen to make the team better. I have some hope that they fully understand this, and have some uncertainty that they will achieve the goal. Go Bills!!!

Something very different: who we really are. 😄
Don Otreply replied to Italian Bills's topic in The Stadium Wall
I’m Jeff, I am 63, 210 lbs, turn 64 in July, I am retired, sold my house it Ct, and my wife and I moved onto our sailboat, in 2018, we have since then been sailing from Groton Connecticut to the Bahamas and back, up and down the east coast, stopping in places we had never been before, and returning to some of our favorites while in route, we are currently in the Exuma island chain, at Staniel Cay, anchored at Big majors spot. We hope to sail to Bermuda on our way back to Connecticut this time on the way north. That’s what I do when not here on this board being a slightly frustrated Bills fan, 😁👍 GO BILLS!!! -
Joe Buscaglia’s Early Thoughts on the Bills Needs Going Into 2023
Don Otreply replied to JohnNord's topic in The Stadium Wall
I would say that any ill conceived low percentage play call, such as, a mid to long distance pass on third and short into double coverage that is not caught or intercepted just killed a drive…, now i would also say that having your QB sacked on third and what ever is a bit more demoralizing/embarrassing for the O-line,,,. But they all kill drives equally, -
Who's our slot WR in 2023, Shakir or...?
Don Otreply replied to Nephilim17's topic in The Stadium Wall
I just wish we would regularly play the guys we thought so highly of that we drafted them…, Elam, Shakir cough cough…, -
Antonio Brown Claims He Got CTE From James Harrison

AB telling the truth? Bwahahahahaha -
I swear to god, if I hear someone say so and so “ brings the juice” one more time…, my brain is gonna f ing explode, such a weak turn of phrase, get off my f ing lawn already, GO BILLS!!!

Said it before and I’ll say it again, Dorsey calls plays in sequences like you would imagine a college QB doing it, he (Dorsey) needs to emphasize to Josh that throwing low success percentage passes at inopportune moments is not helping the team. They (Dorsey & Josh) need to think more about staying on the field, moving the chains, eating more clock and still scoring points, it’s the winning combination that the Bills fans buddy Tom Brady used to win the AFCE and championships, all those years. With a team as good as the Bills are, it’s the fine tuning of the offense that will put us over the top. GO BILLS!!!
-
A fine group of people the Pegulas are, it’s such a hard thing to go through, my family just went through my fathers passing, it is difficult when a person who has been a constant source of stability and love departs your life, still not used to not being able to tell dad about my sailing adventures…, Go Bills!!!
-
Yup, Josh really does need to incorporated the shorter passes into his craft, imo he has not matured enough in this aspect, he needs to get past this portion of his ego. If or when he does embrace this aspect of his craft he will truly become a devastatingly good QB that teams dread playing, not saying he isn’t a big talent because he is, but could you just imagine josh figuring this out, he would be near unstoppable.

How did the Patriots maintain a top team for 17 years?
Don Otreply replied to Success's topic in The Stadium Wall
Coming from a pats fan roaming around on another teams board…, -
How did the Patriots maintain a top team for 17 years?
Don Otreply replied to Success's topic in The Stadium Wall
Not a sore loser, the Bills teams were horrible in those years, that’s just a fact. I just don’t admire people who cheat at their life’s work, Tom and Bill had great success during those years, but any honest person knows they blatantly cheated on a regular basis during those years, and nothing I say or do will change any of that. -
How did the Patriots maintain a top team for 17 years?
Don Otreply replied to Success's topic in The Stadium Wall
And Tom was willing to knowingly cheat at every opportunity to achieve that…, nothing to be proud off or admire there, -
How did the Patriots maintain a top team for 17 years?
Don Otreply replied to Success's topic in The Stadium Wall
The patriots/Brady, never lost site of the need to move the chains by taking what an opposing defenses gave them for every one of those seasons. Something Dorsey and Allen should take to heart…, GO BILLS!!! -
If Frazier returns, how much will your enthusism die?
Don Otreply replied to The Red King's topic in The Stadium Wall
From what i have seen of Frazier in interviews, and in games, he is opposed to making in game changes, even when what he schemed doesn’t work, he has said as much himself, he is far to rigid in his thinking, and is content being that way. -
UPDATED - v3.0 (FINAL) on p.13 - Gunner's 2023 Mock Draft
Don Otreply replied to GunnerBill's topic in The Stadium Wall
We wouldn’t be the only team to take OL in the first round, and the way our o line is currently configured, it can’t hurt, -
Saquon Barkley is Still a Media Favorite to the Bills
Don Otreply replied to JackKemp's topic in The Stadium Wall
It’s talking head babble, nothing more, these “personalities” are required to put out content several times a day, regardless of how inane it is, much like Orlovskys latest QB list, this stuff is ninty nine percent poo. -
Hey buddy, I lived up to expectations, I’m on my sailboat in the Bahamas 🇧🇸as I planned to be 😁👍

UPDATED - v3.0 (FINAL) on p.13 - Gunner's 2023 Mock Draft
Don Otreply replied to GunnerBill's topic in The Stadium Wall
Thanks for all the work you put into this, a good read with good rationale, It’s going to be an anxiety ridden draft hoping against hope we get the right pieces, and we won’t know for sure for many months after training camp is over, Fingers crossed we get guys that have immediate impact.🤞 -
Five years ago, I would have given it some thought, now? Not so much.
