  1. Both of the lines definitely need the reps to sharpen up their games, but I suspect that the starters won’t see many snaps.
  2. The game as we all know is always won and lost in the trenches. Imo, the problem with the trenches that the Bills have presently stems from the beginning of this regime, they rarely have prioritized the Oline, in that they have not aggressively gone after noticeably above average to elite talent annually as would be expected in a pass first league, (giving credit, they did get a center and LT) the O line has been short of talent for the most part in both guard and RT positions every season of this regime. Our HC and GM evidently believe that the defense is more important than the offense, and it has shown most in the quality of acquisitions to the lines. This off season the lights flickered enough in their minds that they where forced to start a better effort to fortify the O-line at the guard positions, hopefully this concept continues going forward. Unfortunately our LT came into camp unfit and over weight, our RT although a high RAS guy is not panning out thus far. Now it appears that the interior O-line is the stronger part of the unit and it’s the OTs that are lacking, go figure, After having said all of this I am choosing to believe that last nights game was not a true indication of the teams abilities, time will tell. 🤞 GO BILLS!!!
  3. And all the other offensive position coaches answer to Dorsey, it is on Dorsey, and is his responsibility to fix a problem with position coaches when they have issues getting results, that’s how a chain of command works. The other offensive coaches do not do their jobs in a vacuum.
  4. Dorsey Coordinates the entire offense, everything about the offense ends at Dorsey’s desk, that’s why his title is Offensive Coordinator…,
  5. Part of me thinks you’re right…
  6. Did she take her teeth out for you?
  7. It’s funny and predictable to see the characters show up to tell us how Shell’s decision should have been predictable and how this off season Beane did nothing of value concerning the O-line. You just know they feel really good about themselves now, 😂
  8. If AI makes the team it’s as a KR / slot guy, if it turns out he is really good at both, then that is JFG, and we have another useful weapon for Josh. as to Gilliam…, I don’t give it any thought, being he will end up on the roster as the coaches appear to find value in his play.
  9. 🥱 rumor mill churning out content,
  10. I’m all for them playing a quarter and a half.
  11. Every team after all their plans makes the best of what they have at/by the start of every season. It’s always been that way, look at Miami, their LT is made of wet papier-mâché, the guy is always getting injured, yet they make the best of what they have, such examples abound throughout the league. This MLB thing has good deal more to do with fan anxiety than anything else, it has gotten to the point of becoming a, Francesco Franco is still dead joke on Saturday night live…,
  12. The middle ground is where the answer lays. The overt panic being displayed in posts by some folk here is frankly becoming comical, Do these folk really think McDermott is not aware that Edmunds is no longer on the team, and has zero ideas of what to do about that? Folk need to get a firm grip on their anxiety meds. The sky is not falling,
  13. Oh my, even more “concern” what ever shall we do…,
  14. So that’s what Gugny looks like,,,
  15. Actually it’s WWJD, in this case, what will Josh Do?
  16. My god there is an awful lot of whimpering going on in this thread, the picture in my mind is a bunch of characters running in circles repeatedly saying Omg, Omg, Omg, what ever shall we do, all this over a coach saying one word, “ concern” do you folk not realize that every HC has constant “concern” about damn near everything about his team? y’all need to LTFU, eat some chocolate and savor your favorite bourbon 🥃, and maybe take a nap…
  17. That’s unfortunate..
  18. Comparing them to the WR rated below them, then they are essentially locks, who else is going to take those spots?
  19. They are okay, it’s like all reporting, you just have to understand what is being said and especially, why it’s being said in a given context, sports news is no different in that respect than any other news reporting.
  20. Sounds more like a whiny fan to to the majority of us,
  21. According to accounts the #1 o-line has been looking much better so far this preseason, and did well in the 1st preseason game, imo we will see notable improvement throughout the season,
  22. According to every thing that has been said about him, being “raw” has never been an adjective used to describe him at any time,
  23. I’ve read the same, but “elite” STer…, I can’t take that with any seriousness.
  24. Gods creatures hear it… 😁👍
  25. He will be okay with it as long as it doesn’t cost him anything…,
