Bills signed a TE who's last name I can't spell
Don Otreply replied to Draconator's topic in The Stadium Wall
Nah, let’s call him “The Gugge” “Pass from Allen over the middle to the Gugge, he stiff arms the defender for the walk off TD” Bills win, Bills win! -

As t least one of them has risen to heights not known to most of us, the thin air has definitely effected perception…, -

Is Sean McDermott our version of Doug Collins?
Don Otreply replied to 78thealltimegreat's topic in The Stadium Wall
Well, Sean has done that once already, 13 seconds cough cough, so it appears Sean has maybe nine lives. I truly appreciate McDermott, he with Beane saved this team from continuing to be the laughing stock they were, those two turned the Bills into a competitive Football team in short order, they are light years a head of those times, which weren’t that long ago. As much as I have whined about the teams short falls, I’m not ready by a long shot to give up on Beane & McDermott. Better the devil you know, as the saying goes. -
Well, on offense we appear to have a functioning O-line, and that is a step up from last season. Our #3s and down WRs are very likely to be noticeably better than last season, that’s a plus. Our TE / slot receiver group is as well up graded. The RB group is up graded, another plus. If our QB starts taking the underneath passes with more regularity that will improve that position as well. Overall the offense should be able to perform better than last season. The lynchpin will be KDs scheming, play design and play call sequence, and of course execution of plays by the offense. With McDermott taking over on defense I see a more aggressive D that is able to make in game adjustments as needed, this will help dramatically. With our core defensive players being healthy, and hopefully staying so, and with the 2nd year D guys coming into their own so to speak, and the new additions via draft and FA, the defense should be harder to scheme against, so I see a better game to game defense than the past seasons version. Sure hope I’m right, 😁👍 GO BILLS!!!

This place is society…, people are and always have been, and always will be tribal in their action and words when it comes to their perceptions and comfort levels, yes it’s sad, but it will never be different, the exception is that some folk do realize they are likely to be incorrect from time to time, those sort of people are mankind’s only real hope. GO BILLS!!!

Help me understand the Ken Dorsey hate
Don Otreply replied to Buffalo_Stampede's topic in The Stadium Wall
There is no KD hate, there is only wanting KD to be better at his craft. -
Is this year make or break for McDermott?
Don Otreply replied to CountDorkula's topic in The Stadium Wall
Every post season failure sticks in Sean’s craw as it were, imo it pisses him off that he/his team failed, his taking over as DC is him saying, I’ll be damned if this is gonna happen again. The question is will it succeed, and can KD scheme up a winner on offense, We shall see. -

Tomorrow (6/13) is the start of mandatory minicamp, right?
Don Otreply replied to eball's topic in The Stadium Wall
It is a rare occasion that a GM, Coach or player has anything truly meaningful to say, listening to a bunch of words that don’t actually amount to anything is now what passes for useful information.
