The football show talking heads rarely know what is going on with teams, unless it’s an after the fact type of thing, the are all a bunch of “breaking news wagon jumpers” sadly most sports fans fall for their schtick over and over…

Think about how small the NFL would be if no-one went for the trillions of click bait sports talking head shows and articles that abound, oh wait, that would be a good thing…😂

No reason to be shocked, there are lots of mediocre and worse players, just look at most of the O & D line backups on every team, and that’s not mentioning STs players, lots of hangers on in the league. But as you said, good on him to make a career for himself.

Amongst the reasons, but more to the top of the list is that Sean needed more from the Defense than Frazier had the capacity to deliver. I as well believe that McDermott was thinking he would be damned certain to not have another repeat of a Frazier post season defense falling flat again because of a severe lack of flexibility of scheme and in game adjustments, Imo, Frazier coached himself out of a job, and Sean knows he can do a much better job with this Defense as it is currently comprised.
