Do you think the Bills brass and coaches read this forum ??
Don Otreply replied to arcadia bob's topic in The Stadium Wall
The organization has people (The PR team) who keep tabs on their fan forums, everyone should know this already, this ain’t 1967 people, everything is tracked in this day and age. GO BILLS!!! -
Come on now, Ertz got more posts than this, get on the stick people!!!! GO BILLS!!!

Never heard of him

It can be both to some degree, McDermott is not likely getting the buy in from the players that he hoped with his change of scheme, and that could be because it isn’t working, mostly because of the lack of investment in really good O-line personnel, it’s been five years and that unit has been a patchwork assembly from the start, not to mention the other issue on offense. GO BILLS!!!
-
The thing is, when Josh pays attention to this issue it gets markedly better, so where when and how is this regularly reoccurring??? Imo, it’s stemming from few areas, the OCs lack of skill, creating doubt in the QBs mind on play calls and or Beane/McDermotts insistence on having a patchwork O-line since the beginning of their tenures here, Josh right or wrong is feeling pressure wether it’s there or not, it is a mess and those in a position to help correct the cause aren’t successful in addressing this chronic problem. GO BILLS!!!

Dorsey doesn’t do game flow, he doesn’t fully understand that one play should support the next play called, etc etc etc, many former QB talking heads have spoken to this topic, it’s why we appear disjointed on offense, well that and execution,

Does Anyone Miss Daboll and Frazier?
Don Otreply replied to hondo in seattle's topic in The Stadium Wall
Frazier, no, Dabol, yes, I would like to miss McDermott but haven’t had the opportunity yet…, -
Amongst other things, yes.
-
Wow is right, Dorsey must have been put on notice some weeks ago to right his ship or he is gone, good move imo.

Dan Orlovsky….. Bills offense is fundamentally broken
Don Otreply replied to The 9 Isles's topic in The Stadium Wall
Its only annoying because he’s right, Dorsey is in over his head, and the offense is fundamentally broken. GO BILLS!!! -

No “I quit the Bills” threads on TBD!? I am shocked!
Don Otreply replied to ShakAttack's topic in The Stadium Wall
Its not as if anything that a fan feels or says has any impact on anything concerning the teams organization, no fan is swallowing anything, we are all on the outside looking in, you included. GO BILLS!!! Maybe we need to see some quiet firing… 😂 -
Ball security has never really been a priority with Josh, two interceptions and a fumble in this game alone, add in that the OC lacks situational in game skills in his play calling ability, yes we have players out injured on defense, and that matters, yet the D had three sacks in the game, the offense has no such excuses, the QBs head is not in the game, and it shows, player execution on offense is questionable as well, it all falls on the guys running the show, HC/DC, OC and their staffs, jmo, frustrating as hell to say the least, has the time come for a change? GO BILLS!!!

[QUESTION] Your Opinion On This Team Will Change Tonight If:
Don Otreply replied to boyst's topic in The Stadium Wall
If we don’t take what their defense gives us all game long I will be disappointed in our coaching and our QB, and yet I will still be a Bills fan regardless of the outcome, how happy a fan depends on that outcome,😁👍 GO BILLS!!! -
That Dorsey, McDermott and by extension Josh have not figured out that DC’s have figured out a lot of Joshes tendencies and Dorsey’s play calling tendencies to a noticeable degree, and then made changes accordingly is were the problem lies. Like you I feel our offense has been figured out to some degree, and taking what defenses give us is key, I for one don’t give a Fuh k if we dink and dunk down the field to score points, frankly it’s beneficial in that it keep the opponents offense off the field longer and it tires out Defenses, it’s a win win proposition for our team, a metaphorical kick it the ass is what McDermott needs to deliver to Dorsey and Josh, He seems to be reticent to apply such pressure, but what do I know…, GO BILLS!!!

Should Dorsey come down to the sidelines?
Don Otreply replied to Buffalo Barbarian's topic in The Stadium Wall
I replied sidelines, but it likely won’t make much difference, KD needs to change his MO and do it soon, GO BILLS!!! -

Ben Solak (The Ringer) Analysis of Josh's Decisions this Year
Don Otreply replied to JohnRVA's topic in The Stadium Wall
Agree, execution is paramount. I would not want the long/longer passes to be absent, but when you need a first down you take the high percentage pass so you have better chance for a new series of downs that gives you the opportunities to try the low completion percentage long ball that may get you some points, its all about “when” to go short or long with a pass, situational football decisions make and break games. Sounds like you’re not into wining a championship, Allen not taking the obvious chain moving option is a large part of the offenses troubles, limiting the offense to being the mad bomber offense makes the Bills easy to defend. GO BILLS!!!
