I’m all for them playing a quarter and a half.

Every team after all their plans makes the best of what they have at/by the start of every season. It’s always been that way, look at Miami, their LT is made of wet papier-mâché, the guy is always getting injured, yet they make the best of what they have, such examples abound throughout the league. This MLB thing has good deal more to do with fan anxiety than anything else, it has gotten to the point of becoming a, Francesco Franco is still dead joke on Saturday night live…,

The middle ground is where the answer lays. My god there is an awful lot of whimpering going on in this thread, the picture in my mind is a bunch of characters running in circles repeatedly saying Omg, Omg, Omg, what ever shall we do, all this over a coach saying one word, “ concern” do you folk not realize that every HC has constant “concern” about damn near everything about his team? y’all need to LTFU, eat some chocolate and savor your favorite bourbon 🥃, and maybe take a nap…

They are okay, it’s like all reporting, you just have to understand what is being said and especially, why it’s being said in a given context, sports news is no different in that respect than any other news reporting.

Yup, the college ranks ARE NOT pumping out quality O-lineman at the decades long demand that the NFL needs. It appears college teams aren’t particularly interested in coaching up O line guys for the pro game…

Yup, that and with a couple of guys to step in as needed as backups, (Sherfield, Harty & Shakir) plus our potential / developmental pass catchers, I think we are in notably better shape than last season with our receiver / pass catcher group.
