My god man, get a grip on yourself, love has more than one definition, Einstein my azs, freaking football nerds…, GO BILLS!!!

By that measure there are a bunch of guys on their knees here, 😂

First off, I don’t “love” Josh Allen, I do think he is a high quality QB and that is the only reason any of us have a positive view of the guy pertaining to football. Being a fan is one thing, idolizing a athlete to the extreme is another, and generally an unhealthy way to go about one’s fandom. I’ll put my dad hat back on the hook now, feel free to carry on, 😁👍 GO BILLS!!!

Does Allen hold some accountability for personnel decisions?
Don Otreply replied to Johnnyp566's topic in The Stadium Wall
There “would” be blame on say, for instance Allen, if he was “insisting” that say Knox be signed, or any other player that under performs, but that would come down to Beane/McDermott for buckling, but I doubt that Allen has that sort of influence. Imo, most if not all of the offensive woes come down to a patchwork quilt for an O-line (since day one), which creates endless negative outcomes, add on the poor use of existing personnel, (and yes we need to get a better #2 WR and make Davis the stud #3 he can totally be). These are the things that negatively effect Allen’s play. Fix those things and the offense will shine, again jmo. Sure hope Joe Brady has his OC sh-t together and gets it right, right away. Ya see, you have to combine Dick Nixon and a potato to get a dicktater…,

This right here has the “potential “ to upgrade our offense to a point of being dangerous again, the repeated times that we saw two receivers within five ish yards of each other at the catch point was just an abysmal showing of Dorsey’s inability to either teach his system or simplify it so that it was useful, either way…, GO BILLS!!!

Do you think the Bills brass and coaches read this forum ??
Don Otreply replied to arcadia bob's topic in The Stadium Wall
The organization has people (The PR team) who keep tabs on their fan forums, everyone should know this already, this ain’t 1967 people, everything is tracked in this day and age. GO BILLS!!! -
Come on now, Ertz got more posts than this, get on the stick people!!!! GO BILLS!!!

Never heard of him

It can be both to some degree, McDermott is not likely getting the buy in from the players that he hoped with his change of scheme, and that could be because it isn’t working, mostly because of the lack of investment in really good O-line personnel, it’s been five years and that unit has been a patchwork assembly from the start, not to mention the other issue on offense. GO BILLS!!!
-
The thing is, when Josh pays attention to this issue it gets markedly better, so where when and how is this regularly reoccurring??? Imo, it’s stemming from few areas, the OCs lack of skill, creating doubt in the QBs mind on play calls and or Beane/McDermotts insistence on having a patchwork O-line since the beginning of their tenures here, Josh right or wrong is feeling pressure wether it’s there or not, it is a mess and those in a position to help correct the cause aren’t successful in addressing this chronic problem. GO BILLS!!!
-
Dorsey doesn’t do game flow, he doesn’t fully understand that one play should support the next play called, etc etc etc, many former QB talking heads have spoken to this topic, it’s why we appear disjointed on offense, well that and execution,

Does Anyone Miss Daboll and Frazier?
Don Otreply replied to hondo in seattle's topic in The Stadium Wall
Frazier, no, Dabol, yes, I would like to miss McDermott but haven’t had the opportunity yet…, -
Amongst other things, yes.

Wow is right, Dorsey must have been put on notice some weeks ago to right his ship or he is gone, good move imo.
