I say we go on to win every game from here on in and become Superbowl Champions!! Insert middle finger to make my point. There. That will show them I'm right!! No one messes with the middle finger!

Well as long as the board agreed. Ralph could save some money and just have the board make all the decisions. TD is here to do one thing. Put together a team that wins football games. He is the President of the team. He is in charge. He puts the product on the field. And frankly..... Has not gotten the job done. I really do not want the likes of ICE, Thialog or even myself making decisions for this football team.
-
I blame him for this. 25 picks after the second round since he arrived. 1 starter- Jonas Jennings. 1 for 25.
-
I agree with the statements you make. However. 115 points in the last 11 games. Everyone on the Offensive Side of the ball had better look long and hard in the mirror. As a group they are the number 1 problem. Travis is part of that group. They need to get stevestojan figured out and quick.

#2= ESPN Scouts inc.

I agree about moving Williams to guard. The guy is not getting the job done at Tackle. Clements- Come on guys. Other than one mistake he has been solid. Actually with all my bitching about lack of talent and lack of playmakers Clements is one exception.

Speaking of our very offensive line...
IndyJay1234 replied to Toledo Bill's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
How can the Colts find a dominate line with the expensive players they have? I just showed you. What is wrong with this organization is that we find no one that can help via the draft after round 2! -

Wrong! Colts starting offensive line Tarrik Glen- 1st round pick- Highly paid Rick DeMulling- 7th round pick- Cheap Jeff Saturday- Free Agent- Not expensive Tupe Peko- Undrafted Free Agent- Cheap Ryan Diem- 4th round pick- Cheap. You build your line in the draft and undrafted free agents. We have 1 player that we have drafted after round 2 since TD arrived that has made an impact. Jonas Jennings. The Colts probably have a line that costs a Whopping 7-8 million with Tarrick Glenn costing them 5 million of that. -
I have seen enough of Williams at Tackle. I would like to see how he plays guard.

I have no problem watching the season play out. Just understand that half of your argument is excuses why Moulds does not put up numbers. The guy had the ball thrown to him how many times today? He was non existent in the 1st half. I do understand he was injured last season. I take that into account. He does not look back to form as of 2 games into the season. The Eric Moulds of 2-3 years ago I have no argument was a Top5 WR. The Eric Moulds of this season I consider Top 10-15. Holt has been very consisent and as you will see will continue to destroy Defenses. The same can be said for Hines Ward who plays in a similiar offense to Eric Moulds. Ward still makes things happen. He plays outdoors with a limited QB and a decent running game.
-
It is not logic that determines that Moulds is not a Top 5. It is a fact that he is not top 5. Scoutsinc on ESPN ranks Moulds 14th. FoxSports ranks Moulds 11th. Need more. But if Steve Young says so then I guess all these guys must be wrong.
-
Moulds is not a top WR anymore. Steve Young says he good? Well Chris Mortenson said we would make the playoffs. Guess what... They are both wrong.
-
Well that is the NFL. What have you done for me lately. Week 1- 2 fumbles. Week 2- 41 yards.
-
NFL Network had a poll of the best WR. They listed 7 WR's. Why was Moulds not on that list??
-
Torry Holt 151 and a TD. Hines Ward 121. I do watch other games. It is clear that Moulds is not a Top 5 WR.
-
Holt is a toss up?? Wow.. I needed a laugh. Hines Ward..you are so wrong. I am not even going to give you the stat differental. It is not even close! I wont because I am sure you will give me the whole Eric plays for a bad team cry. How many catches did he have today? The answer? The same as the number of easy drops he had. Eric Mould is in the Top 10-14 WR's. Look at it logically. Stop being a homer and look at realistically. Last year it was the coaching, Now it is this. You know what? It is the lack of Top 5 players. The lack of talent.
-
I do however agree completely with the "it all starts with the offensive line" that is 100% on the mark!
-
Ok.. Excuses, Excuses. Great players find a way. Marvin Harrison Terrell Owens Randy Moss Torry Holt Hines Ward. These are the Top 5 WR's Moulds is no where near that class.
-
0-2. We have lost to the team that was the 8th worst team last season and the 2nd worst team last season. Ahhh who can we beat??
-
Exactly. But Travis is a Top 5 back and Eric is a Top 5 WR!
-
Are you kidding? 2 sacks, we forced zero turnovers, scored a meaningless TD at the end of the game! I mean come on.. What do you expect? TD's?? running plays over 8 yards? Pass plays in which we are actually able to get rid of the ball? WR's catching the ball? That is just crazy!!
-
That has been our Offensive output. 2-9 in the last 11 games. Bottom Line. Not enough talent on the offensive side of the ball. Where are all the Eric Moulds and Travis Henry lovers now??
-
Are you saying that 10 points set up by 2 turnovers is good work by the Drew Bledsoe run offense? Is it his fault that was the gameplan? No. But it did not work. The statement he got rid of the ball so quickly implies short routes. That is a fact. Going downfield a few times is important. Bledsoe was effective yes. 17-26 with 3-4 dropped balls. The point that Clayton is making correctly is that when you do not attempt to stretch the field at all during a game you reduce your chance of being effective.

Broncos Caught Screwing With Salary Cap

Not if they were the Bills! We stop drafting after round 2! -
I Have No Problem with Clements attitude
IndyJay1234 replied to Fake-Fat Sunny's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I agree that it was the difference between a win and a loss. I just have a tough time believing that the guy in a game, mid air decides to get selfish. I think it is more reactionary than selfish. I would argue that it was bonehead if he truly did not know it was 4th down. I just do not think you decide to get selfish during a play. It happens too quickily.
