It looked worth a challenge, albeit that it probably would have gone against us, as I think I recall hearing the whistle blowing the play dead (though I could be wrong about that).
That would make literally no sense.
Start the new lad and KJ ahead of them if they are playing poorly, sure.
But cutting them would almost be the dictionary definition of cutting off your nose to spite your face.
