  1. WRs, just like RBs, need to be by committee. It is better to have 3-4 really good WRs than 1 super wr and mediocre. Get at least 1 RB and WR in every draft. There are SO many good WRs that come out of college now, it is best to go by committee. Make your WR3 better than their CB3 and you'll have someone open all the time.
  2. Demands like this is why you keep a stable of RBs on the ready. RBs are a dime a dozen. 15mil/yr? Haha, no. Maybe 8-10... If not, trade hiim and use his pick to get another person for the defense or a WR!!! BYE!
  3. Nope. Feel exactly the same way. WE BLEW IT! We had the ball w/ 3:30 left down 3... that was our chance. THEN we had 2 chances to stop their offense to get the ball back... NOPE. We had the ball in our hands and lost. It's on us (even though we had to go against KC and the refs).
  4. Personally, I'm tired of seeing our defense get torched on the backend every year by KC. I also think our offense was good enough this year to win it all... the defense, uh no. Spend all your draft picks on defense EXCEPT for 1 receiver in the 2nd or third round... We need CBs, safeties, a DE that can actually pass rush...
  5. HOUSE is the best... hahahahaahaha
  6. Those refs were so bad I don't know how they even got those jobs...
  7. With so many good WRs coming out of the draft nowadays, I say no. Seems pretty high for him IMO. Just like RBs, create a stable of RBs and WRs. Keep them young and fresh, then when its time to jettison or trade... goodbye.
  8. Seriously, what position do we need more help at other than a kicker?
  9. Like others have been saying on here... we need draft at least 1 WR and 1 RB every year and just have a cast of cheap help at those positions so you just keep refreshing those positions. Spend the money at other spots that matter.
  10. Marvin Harrison Jr., Ohio State - Arizona Cardinals Rome Odunze, Washington - Chicago Bears Ladd McConkey, Georgia - KC Chiefs Brian Thomas Jr., LSU - Buffalo Bills Xavier Worthy Texas- Buffalo Bills Bonus Bills pick -
  11. I do not want to trade for anyone else's headache... Stay at 28 UNLESS you can go up and get one of the big 3 OR if Brian Thomas drops down to around 20, then go up and get him. IF stay at 28, Xavier Worthy. Then in the second round, get whatever X receiver you can get... all the rest of the picks can be defense except for 1 OL We need a field stretcher. I don't care if he only runs fly patterns all day and doesn't catch a ball, his speed has to be respected and makes problems for the defense which Shakir and the TEs can take advantage of.
  12. I have faith that McDermott can make a 6th round Safety a usable piece of our defense than our offense can help Josh with a 6th round WR. Josh needs weapons at WR and we need big uglies all over the place on the offense and defense. I'd rather get a WR in round 1 and a DE or DL in the 2nd round. Worthy and Sweat DL would be awesome for this team IMO.
  13. beebe will solidify that line if McGovern goes to Center.
  14. Dude is a walking ouchie. I don't think he has played a full season in a long time. Glad the Jets paid for his services.
  15. thank you for the updating at the front of this post. It helps keeping up w the cap number and the moves that have been made.
  16. If Henry will take 4 MIl and a 1 Mil bonus if we make it to the superbowl (with a min number of games available), then I'm for it... if he wants big $$$ pass.
  17. You GOTTA take a WR right? we need speed. I'm almost ok w/ going back to back WRs in this draft... why not, we do it for DL...
  18. Go up to 16 and get Brian Thomas. Dude is a freaking monster...
  19. This is putting KC in a win/win scenario. Let Sneed's agent go out there and find a team that will trade for him and give him $$$. KC will probably get a 1st and a lower round pick for him. IF Sneed can't find any takers, well, resign him to a long term deal... Worst case scenario, nobody wants him, can't resign him and your stuck w/ the Franchise tag on him. When are Franchise tag designations need to be turned in to the NFL? Maybe you get the deal done even before you have to tag him??
  20. This is all still a carryover from when Brees was there and they were contending. If they would have been smart, they would have blown up themselves last year, fix the cap problems by resetting themselves and get the #1 pick in the draft.... -------------------------------2 separate thoughts-------------- Carr, towel boy in cleveland, and denver's terrible QB they benched last year were all traded for... hahahahahahaha AND they got PAID!!! The NFL is filled with a bunch of idiots.
  21. I think the most important question to answer is: when the game is on the line do you want the offense or defense to be on the field? For me, I trust Josh Allen the most on this team. Give the man weapons all over the field to throw the ball to. 3 Legit WRs to worry about is what we need. Give him a solid OLINE for once and see what he can do. 10 Picks 1st round: either WR or DT (Sweat). That dude can play and is worth waiting to the 2nd round to get a WR if we can get him. If we don't get a WR in the 1st and we get Sweat, then we go WR twice between the 2nd-4th rounds. We also need a Safety to start that transition. After that... BPA, prob mostly on Defense. Do not need in draft: QB, TE, K, Punter, RB, LB
  22. I see no fault in your logic sir!
  23. Well, you take a shot down the field if you have an advantage there. Buffalo's last offensive drive of the year was very methodical. which we have done many times this year, with great results alot of the time. KC is just a different animal. I want the ball in Josh's hands at the end of the game. JMHO on the end of the game.
  24. Is Allen still on the team???
  25. 29, plus Sportrac says he's worth about 28MIL/yr. Pass. Can we pay him a grand to make sure he ends up in the NFC though?
