I used to be a Dolphins fan because of Tecmo Bowl…..used to love their colors. Grew up in Westchester County so had to watch the Jets on NBC(channel 4) and the Giants on CBS(channel 2). Jets sucked so bad back then and the Giants were so boring to watch. That season the Giants smacked the Dolphins like 20-0 so I started to lose interest in them. A few weeks later the Bills played the Giants and won that game…..I believe Kelly and Simms both got knocked out of the game. I just remember falling in love with the Bills colors and style of offense. Going forward I would always check the scoreboard ticker to check on the Bills game…..been a diehard fan to this day! Even had season tickets from 2004-2009….8 hour drive from Westchester or 1.5 hour flight from JFK or LGA. Not saying he wouldn’t have, but calling a 2x All Pro, 4x Pro Bowler, 2020 receptions and receiving yard leader, 4 straight 100 catch/1000 yard seasons a bad move? Probably one of the best trades in Bills history….he just wore out his welcome but he was a stud here!

Thats where I’m at. Our issue has always been lack of elite pass rushing in our front 4. We need to go all in on an elite pass rusher and more defined weapons on offense. We need a playmaker at WR….a real go to guy to pair with Shakur, Hollins and Coleman.

Did you watch last weeks game? The Ravens moved the ball up and down the field on our defense! Ravens had 416 yards of total offense, 23 1st downs and 7/10 on 3rd down. We forced timely turnovers, but the Ravens carved our defense up and that was without Flowers! I agree with this part. He has an opportunity to tie or win their game and failed.

Our defense sucks in the playoffs when facing top QBs. A good game against McCorkel doesn’t change the narrative! The Patriots won their last Super Bowl against an explosive Rams offense by holding them to under 10 points. Bucs beat the Chiefs by holding them to under 10 points. Chiefs beat Ravens last year by holding them to 10 points. Wanna know how the Bengals beat the Chiefs in the playoffs….they held the Chiefs to only 3 points in the second half and forced an interception in overtime. In the playoffs the side of the football you need to show up most is the defense and ours has never showed up in our playoff losses….its the main reason we keep getting bounced!

Alex Smith was a winner in KC after getting run out of San Fran. He turned Vick into a pro bowler after being out of the league for awhile. Hell even Kevin Kolb was average under Reid.

I watched every QB under Reid play at or close to a winning level. Remember McDermott is the same coach that gave Josh Allen Zay Jones, Benjamin and Foster to throw to his first year. It took until his 3rd year before we got the guy a #1 reciever in Diggs. Mahomes came to the Chiefs with Kelce and Hill already on the roster and in their prime.

Enjoy them at that age. My oldest is 16 year old Giants fan….this morning he told me you win some you lose some dad with a grin on his face 😬…..my oldest is a jerk!

Beane hasn’t proven he knows how to build a dline and McDermott hasn’t proven he knows how to get the most out of one! How confident are you going forward that we’ll even sign or draft an impact player this offseason? This defense needs a pass rusher, impact DT, cover corner and an impact safety. Thats a lot to hit on in one offseason. His trades for offensive weapons haven’t been good either…..free agency has been even worse. Been along time since we signed Beasley, Brown and traded for Diggs….been a dumpster fire since then!

We were on our way to getting torched with or without Benford. They were gonna pick on Hamlin …..just so happened that when Benford got hurt it went from pick on Hamlin exclusively to take your pick now with Hamlin or Elam.

I’m blaming the coaching over the GM. I’ve seen coaches win with a lot less, other than Mac Jones, Bo Nix and a games against Lamar Jackson have we ever put together a good defensive gameplan in the playoffs? All the draft picks and money dumped into the defense since McDermott has been here you’d think we should have a Super Bowl caliber defense by now! Elam - bust Basham - bust Epenesa - marginal starter Edmunds - good starter but left Phillips - good starter but left Bishop - jury is out but no impact yr 1 Carter - jury is out but no impact yr 1 D. Williams - spot starter All these guys were drafted rounds 1-3 and not one of them is a high impact player. Epenesa is the only player that received a second contract….probably should’ve re-signed Phillips and let Epenesa walk. And no more slow safeties
