  1. All I know is Jared's going to make a little more than Hunter's art collection did. Hey Jared, did you see that a Monet is up for purchase? This officially counts as 25th Amendment case #1 right here, and it's a dooozy.
  2. Didn't anyone fill Jared in that the Palestinians are being deported, and the others won't be welcomes back? It belongs in the all-time best predictions thread.
  3. The funding would have to be government. Too risky for investors to set up that kind of capital for massive infrastructure, to make cheap goods, all based on politics. A president that just ran on cutting costs can't do it. It would have been a good place for the last 5 years of USAID funds to go to though.
  4. I didn't say it was realistic, but I like the idea. Do you think that it's a likelihood?
  5. I mean I just can't with this guy right now. Hey Juhred, want your own country?? ...But Hunter smoked crack(and sold paintings). He told the Palestinians don't come back? I/m sure he didn't mean it, though. What's next, the sudetenland?
  6. He did definitely take a rest after all that chanting. LOL
  7. The amounts of money he has costed the government through courts and lawyers has to be absolutely staggering.
  8. There were different grants from all over at that institute. Some cover some things specifically, and others generally. It's probably run just like Washington, where they rob Peter to pay Paul for projects.
  9. That's a great idea. Stabilize Central America, and that alone helps the border. It wouldn't be JUST a factory though, it would be A MASSIVE undertaking. I'd imagine China wouldn't sell the equipment, so we'd have to start at square one. Imo, that's the proper use of foreign aid, if it's to get their feet under them, and gain a valuable ally out of it.
  10. This was about Orlando claiming that Ukraine was investigating Hunter Biden, and has just derailed(as usual).
  11. Don't mess with the Constitution, and I expect ALL people who are hard core 2nd Amendment followers to be all caps triple angry, too. Is it a pre-requisite that a judge, who feels the Constitution isn't being honored, be anti-trump? I'm sure they'll get to that one soon. Here's an update on the ones they're already doing: Feb 4 (Reuters) - A U.S. judge on Tuesday blocked President Donald Trump's administration from implementing the Republican's executive order requiring all transgender women be housed in federal prisons for men and ending their access to gender-affirming care. (Bloomberg) -- The Trump administration offered “no rationale” for cutting off potentially trillions of dollars in federal funding of grants, loans and other financial assistance to recipients nationwide with less than 24 hours notice to conduct an ideological review, a judge said. US District Judge Loren AliKhan in Washington on Monday denied a request by the White House Office of Management and Budget to dismiss a suit filed by a national group of nonprofits challenging the funding freeze. She also granted the group’s request for a temporary restraining order against the freeze, the second such ruling in less than a week. More like butterface.
  12. Yeah, it's almost like we learned nothing at all, except how to train future criminals. For the 37th time, this is about him not having any constitutional right to control spending, or fund/shutdown programs. ILLEGAL!!!
  13. “Dr. Tabak,” asked Rep. Debbie Lesko (R-Ariz.) of the Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic, “did NIH fund gain-of-function research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology through [Manhattan-based nonprofit] EcoHealth [Alliance]?” “It depends on your definition of gain-of-function research,” Tabak answered. “If you’re speaking about the generic term, yes, we did.” Note: there's a bit of gotcha on the semantics here, as well. Politicians are REAL good at that.
  14. I believe that not investigating trump would have been a mistake. As for this particular matter, all he did was add "not a source". The judge agreed this was not malicious: “My view of the evidence is that Mr. Clinesmith likely believed that what he said about Mr. Page was true,” Boasberg said. “By altering the email, he was saving himself some work and taking an inappropriate shortcut.” Hence the light sentencing. Now tell me how mad you are that 'Individual-1' did no time for skirting campaign contribution rules by arranging six-figure payments to Daniels and McDougal, a former Playboy model, to keep them quiet about years-old affairs that Trump consistently denied.(You don't dole out 2-6 figure payments, because of the wife. Also, note that you're still not convinced trump had ties to Russia, event the one Cohen went to jail for lying about. Pepperidge Farms remembers, NC.
  15. I don't know, but the law seems to think I do, and protects that right. How many times has your orange menace pleaded the 5th? I'll bet he has nothing to hide, including a report that I literally paid into creating, but somehow don't own.
  16. If it wasn't happening, then who is the DOJ threatening? I don't think this is any longer a 'reportedly' issue. They took control of it.
  17. Extremely misleading. The NIH is very broad, and I'd assume many republicans voted yes on that funding bill.
  18. I don't like any of the pardons. I'm aghast that the people who were aghast crying about "SPYING" are now saying "good". Again, they not only have all the information, but the stolen power that belongs to another branch of government. That I'm VERY aghast about. Do you not understand, that I'm literally telling you they stole the wallet/checkbook? Tell you what, you tell me which parts of the Constitution we can shred, that you wouldn't be aghast about, and I'll tell you why that's a bad idea.
  19. Get used to the pardons. Mein trumpf has already used plenty on his associates, too. Everyone in government is going to be begging for them now. They did when trump left and Biden too. We'll get plenty more in 4 years. BET Where's the lie?
  20. I see nepotism, you see corruption. I'm definitely right, and you'd be right too, if you agree that nepotism is everywhere, and it is corrupt. At this point, you should be mad at yourselves for believing Hunter Biden was the devil(well the only devil). Also, I'd like to thank you for corroborating my original point. One last thing, do you have sources inside Ukraine that can confirm that Burisma has indeed not been investigated since Shokin?
  21. Additionally, he continued, "at my direction, legislation will be introduced shortly to prevent unlawful access to the Department of Treasury Bureau of the Fiscal Service payment system that contains highly confidential and personal information related to Social Security and Medicare recipients, taxpayers, households, nonprofits, businesses and federal contractors." Musk's Department of Government Efficiency task force has reportedly seized control of the Treasury payment systems with a team of software engineers aged 19 to 24, and Musk himself has already bragged about "deleting" certain parts of the civil service, including the team that helped implement the Internal Revenue Service's new Direct File tax system that gives taxpayers an end run around private for-profit tax filing services. Shortly after certain news outfits and online activists began circulating the names of those engineers, Trump's acting federal prosecutor in charge of D.C. sent out a memo threatening to investigate or criminally sanction anyone who may be involved in "imped[ing]" the work of Musk's team. The DOJ is literally threatening them if they don't allow illegal access to the data, hand over control, or identify members of the unelected "nerds".
  22. They have no need for Americans personal information to identify waste. They literally have the power of the checkbook. They should be identifying things, and then recommending to Congress. He already has "cut whatever he wants": On Sunday, Musk stated that DOGE had stopped payments from the U.S. Department of Health and Human services to Lutheran Family Services, a faith-based charity that had been offering social services to refugees. This isn't handwringing. This is unconstitutional and illegal.
  23. The same reason why the Ambassador to Antigua is Rear Admiral James Bower's son(I made that up). If you think Hunter is the first or last kid running in his families political circles.... same goes for corporate America, too. If you had any idea how many of them are on 'boards', you'd lose your mind. It's called nepotism.
  24. Unfortunately, now it's my job to remove her partisanship from the discussion, even though it's true. The treasury dept secretary quit on the spot, when they demanded access. He literally now controls the US checkbook, and has already canceled some payments. Musk and DOGE "now have access to the personal information of every Social Security beneficiary — and the ability to stop payments for any federal programs they dislike," said Max Richtman, CEO of the National Committee to Preserve Social Security and Medicare I'm all for DOGE identifying waste, but the deciding what, and having the ability to cut whatever they want, whenever they want, isn't constitutional. Congress decides what is spent, after the proposed budget is delivered by the president. No, they now control access to the lawnmower.
