YOU'RE FIRED: Trump 47 Termination Scoreboard aka FAFO
daz28 replied to BillsFanNC's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Illegal, and he knew it but did it anyways. Not surprised. -
No I'm saying in the opening days of Hitler's roundups, it was easier to catch people, because they were caught off guard, then it got much harder to find them. It's a different scenario though, because they had the Gestapo actively pursuing them, and a government that made laws to make it easier. Congress is going to have to help trump in a BIG way if this is to be successful. Sometimes having a good Constitution can make things more difficult. Do you have any ideas how they are going to identify and locate 20 million people? I'm barely even seeing any concepts of any plan.

The J6 Hostages Freedom Thread: Justice Is Coming

If this guy was laughing and taking pictures, this is a GREAT story. If this guy was inciting violence, then this sucks. If you just kowtow to the GQP those two distinctions don't matter. -
I agree with that, and Stephen A Smith was great on Bill Maher last night, but at this point stuff like Elon's Hitler salute is basically trolling. iow, the reaction was baited.

You knew then what the CIA said they now have "low confidence" in knowing? Did you send any of your evidence to the CIA???

Terrible deflection, but I told you it's not common sense to think that anyone is hiding if no one is patrolling looking for them. They're just not going to the places that the government may know of the said location(driver ID; workplace; court dates; etc). That's a HUGE difference. Now that they are all aware, they simply won't go to those places, making it near impossible to locate them, especially when, like I already told you, there's no one roaming the streets actively pursuing them. Why do I have to repeat everything that makes perfect sense the first time. Is that a shtick around here?

Pete Hegseth: CONFIRMED as Secretary of Defense

I agree. Time to see how he does, and hope for the best. -
Looks like Elon is taking credit for the Nazi salute on twitter, but I'm sure he will be just joking about that. Not a great thing to troll people about, Elon.

I can tell you why I thought it was funny, is because no one is hiding ,but I'd also bet no illegals are staying at their 'listed' residences or showing up for work. Hiding? No. Showing up for their court dates? Also no. The NYC police aren't out with mugshots looking for illegals. In fact, they wouldn't even arrest an illegal if they told them they were illegal. ICE ABSOLUTELY does not have resources to do foot patrols, hoping to spot a mugshot on the street. If anything, when the working illegal's, that are now not going to work, resources run out, crime will actually rise. Ice is currently doing raids on the easy, low hanging fruit. The ones who were at what they thought were their homes, the ones who showed up for work and court. The task is going to get SIGNIFICANTLY more difficult fast. If we don't build 'the concentration camps', and very drastically get new resources for ICE, this is never going to work. Even then, I'm not sure it can. What options do they have? Not many? Just my humble opinion, but this concept of a plan we've seen so far isn't even CLOSE to enough to get the job done. Will it even be good enough to get rid of as many to match those entering?

I don't like him at all, but I'll admit he's already done some good things. His lowering prices and ending Ukraine concepts of plans were trash, so I'm going to trash them. Better hope he has a bigger club in his bag than he's showing, or sit back and enjoy rising costs. It was him or Kamala. I had no chance of winning.

So much for state's right???

Pete Hegseth: CONFIRMED as Secretary of Defense
daz28 replied to BillsFanNC's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Try adulting this: In a whistleblower report, former CVA employees said Pete Hegseth was frequently heavily intoxicated during official events to the point of having to be restrained, passing out, and shouting slogans calling for the death of all Muslims. The report also said that he sexually pursued female employees and under his leadership the organization ignored allegations of sexual impropriety, including allegations of sexual assault.[12] According to reporting by The New Yorker, mismanagement and alcoholism concerns led to Hegseth's forced resignation from CVA in January 2016.[12] His job included responding to the Federal Election Commission as treasurer of the organization.[24][25] By 2008, VFF was unable to pay its creditors, who became concerned that money was being wasted on organization parties. A 2009 forensic accountant report by creditors led to Hegseth admitting that the organization was about half a million dollars in debt. Since 2014, he has been a political commentator for Fox News and was a weekend co-host of Fox & Friends from 2017 to 2024. But yeah, he's the guy to run the place that's failed 7 audits in a row, and can't account for $824 BILLION. Get a grip B. -
“One way to stop it quickly is for OPEC to stop making so much money," Trump told reporters. “So, OPEC ought to get on the ball and drop the price of oil. And that war will stop right away.” COMPLETE DUNCE, and I'm loving that he has no one around him brave enough to fill him in on it, because you all already knew who he was. Hate Kamala too, but you're getting what you paid for here AS ADVERTISED. So the plan to end the Ukraine war is free oil for the world, until it hurts Russia enough to quit, and Saudi Arabia is paying for it. Seriously, that's what we were all waiting for?

If the vote fails, will he get another one? -
If anyone need to, they can do just like you did. I do it all the time. Copy and paste is our friend. If anything, posting the link will create a bias before they even(or if they even) read it, and also decrease their will to believe it. As long as It's factual, you have nothing to worry about. Back to oil prices: Back to oil prices: Oil weakened on Thursday after Trump said he would ask Saudi Arabia and OPEC to bring down oil prices during comments delivered remotely to the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland. But one analyst on Friday pointed out that Trump will need to choose between two conflicting goals he has for the energy market — he’ll have to choose between a lower oil price or higher domestic crude volume — because “he can’t have both,” Manish Raj, managing director at Velandera Energy Partners, told MarketWatch Friday. trump thinks they're so dumb, that he can play OPEC against domestic producers. People he has already screwed over more than once. The guy is a clown.

I Know CNN is heavily slanted, too. Everyone knows that. Which particular part of the cut and paste are you in disagreement with? If I posted a CNN link, would it have made you tryst them more? You seem to like to play whatabout A LOT. Let's just try to stick to the posts, and not so much the posters. I'd like to add one last thing about media. Sometimes you're forced into certain ones, because the other ones won't cover certain things. Like right now, I'm tuning to CNN to get info on the NJ raid, because I know Fox is just trying to destroy Newsom right now.

I wonder what NC was doing, that Biden didn't like, that he could have held over their heads? trump is a dooshnozzle, and they'll cheer him on for this. Despicable.

Pot calling the kettle black. DEI appointments vs the loyalists appointments. As long as they're not truly qualified, then that seems to work for both parties. I'm just trying to figure out which is more dangerous. -
No one in any prison is fighting the LGBTQ culture war that we're fighting out here, and they really have nothing better to do. They just call him sunshine, and move on with their day. No executive orders needed. That's the point. Nope, I'm insisting it's been going on for millenia, and isn't a bigger problem now than it ever was. The problem is that it's more open now, and the Kens/Karen's don't like it. This is a fact, that can be documented in any thread anywhere about anything LGBTQ related. My thoughts ARE independent, and your attempts to link them to other's shared thoughts is dumb. I'll bet I agree with Hitler about some things, but that doesn't make me a Nazi. Save the labeling crap for someone who'd likely appreciate it, like NC.

Ok, now let's look at trump's history at oil prices. When he became president, oil was $33. In 2 short years, he got it up to $74(well over double). Then he pulled a shady move, which we're going to be paying for now-I'll explain later. For those without a memory, here's what happened in 2018: Earlier this year, the Trump administration vowed to zero out Iranian oil exports. That tough stance on Iran sanctions lifted prices dramatically. Under pressure from Trump, Saudi Arabia ramped up production to an all-time high. That’s critical because Saudi Arabia is like the central bank of oil. It’s the world’s largest exporter and the only country with the ability to significantly ramp up output. Russia and the United States also accelerated production. But the Trump administration shocked the oil market earlier this month by taking a softer approach on Iran. Temporary waivers were granted, allowing India, China and other countries to keep buying crude from Iran. The Iran headfake left the oil market suddenly facing a potential supply glut. OPEC is now under pressure to significantly cut output at next month’s meeting in Vienna to help put a floor beneath the market. When it all balanced out, after his sheisty play, it went back up to $54, more than 50% what it was just 3 years earlier when he was elected. Then Covid hit, and well, he blundered that too. He threatened our alliance with Saudi Arabia, by removing military aid, if they didn't cut production. Now, he's asking the Saudi's for a hand. Too bad he already burnt that bridge. Twice.
