  1. The hate that Allen gets from the other side is ridiculous. It goes both ways champ. Yeah great job by the o-line...
  2. This is a post I would expect from someone who’s name is “nextmanup”...smfh
  3. This is the main point to be made. After getting the lead, the staff immediately became conservative and put the game in the defense’s hands. Allen has just come off of a perfect ball to Brown to be ordered to take three straight runs and punt. How about letting your qb keep the good vibe going? Nope. Time to put the game away with the defense with a full quarter to go. Not. Good. Enough. As is blaming Allen on a weekly basis. Goes both ways.
  4. Exactly! Until McD stops being hell bent on being content to let his defense finish games with so much time on the clock, we will continue to lose games like this. Allen just came off the beautiful deep td to Brown and they called three straight running plays. Why? Because McD thought it was enough to win. Let the defense shut them down.
  5. Or the other way around. With how much McD loves defense, I could honestly see a first round round DE followed by a second round WR. Last night was proof. He got the lead and instantly went into conservative mode right after Allen hit Brown on the deep td. Instead of riding that momentum, they went run, run, run, punt on the next series and were content on putting it into the defenses hands. They will draft a DE in the first, which wouldn’t upset me too bad as long as they go offense in the next two rounds. Someone like Gross-Matos would be awesome in this defense.
  6. This post is a joke. Gtfo. Allen kept fighting and it wasn’t until the coaching staff decided it was time for the defense to put the game away after we got the lead that it was in question. The script was flipped tonight. The offense kept the team in the game and the defense let us down.
  7. Exactly. He’s been average at best. He looked really good in this game. The defense let us down and the offense flipped the script. Did Allen miss a few throws? Yes. But he also had two good deep balls which everyone wanted to see.
  8. “Yup”...you got it champ...?
  9. Offensive struggles? Please. This game was lost by poor tackling from our precious defense and horrendous conservative coaching once we got the lead.
  10. The offense wasn’t the reason we lost this game.
  11. Exactly. Brian Daboll has sucked every where he’s EVER been. It’s no surprise he’s not good here. We got the lead and he calls run, run, run after Allen hits the deep ball the series before. WTH?!
  12. Give me Higgins all day long. He reminds me of AJ Green and he’s played in some big time games.
  13. So you’re gonna be “that guy”?
  14. Yeah I mean even on some of the balls that Brown and Beasley catch, you can see the are letting the ball get deep on them and they are catching the back half of the ball. They are so close to having the ball eat them up. I want a strong hands catcher that catches the ball out in front like you describe. I think for the most part Brown is a guy like that but we need another.
  15. With the way Josh Allen throws the football, I really hope the Bills are scouring the heck out of WRs that have strong hands and can pluck the ball out of the air. IMO, that’s the only way to go with a flamethrower QB. Anything other than that is just a wasted pick. So...what do you guys think? Any suggestions and why?
  16. Ummm...he’s the best QB “statistically” in the league with the game on the line. If that doesn’t count as setting the world on fire then I don’t know what does.
  17. I think you’re wrong. But you are entitled to your OPINION.
  18. That’s an opinion. Nothing more. I think you discount the fact that Allen’s teammates love him and respect his style of play. Can you say that about these mythical 20 other QBs? I bet you can’t.
  19. Really? As another poster pointed out, Allen has accounted for over 80% of our offense this season, is the highest rated 4th quarter qb in the league, and is tied for 4th quarter comebacks. Not to mention our defense hasn’t had any scores all year. Sounds to me like you are VERY wrong. Not surprising...
  20. “Dumb things” are sort of jrober38’s thing...
  21. I’ve thought of this and I don’t think it’s outside the realm of possibility. They have lots of cap space and if they sign a lineman and resign Shaq, they could use some of their picks to move up to get a stud receiver. However, this seems like 2014 when they moved up for Sammy in a deep wr draft. I really think they end up staying put or make a small move up if their guy is still there.
  22. I agree but with how talented the WR class is, there is a solid chance BPA will be a WR anyways.
  23. I would break something if they take a corner. And I would be pretty ticked if they took an edge rusher too, but I would understand it.
  24. You really are clueless. To heck with your stats and metrics. You know I worry about? Wins and losses. The fact Allen is tied with Russell Wilson for the most comebacks this season. This means he’s clutch, which no metric can put a number on. You either have it or you don’t. He has it.
