  1. This is a very interesting question. I didn’t even think of this, but I imagine he did.
  2. With the signings of Milano and Williams, I can’t see us being able to retain Feliciano as well. Humphrey would go along nicely with Ford as a guard until it’s time for Morse to move on. Morse was nearly released this year and is another concussion away from possible retirement. It wouldn’t be bad to try to get someone in the pipeline.
  3. With the Milano signing, I can’t see us retaining Daryl Williams. I think OT at 30 has to be the play since we can’t afford to have a let off in play at RT. Protecting Allen and improving the run game has to be the priority. Jenkins kills two birds with one stone. Well I sort of hope they get him because I don’t think he’s gonna be anything special. Most people last year were terrified of the dolphins getting Tua and I was all for it. Never thought he’d be anything and so far I’ve been right on that. He’s a left handed Tyrod Taylor imo.
  4. Agree...I think people are sleeping on this guy. Our “need” at CB2 might not be as large as we think. Jackson showed a lot of potential when he was on the field last year.
  5. Looks like he doesn’t have faith in BoJo...
  6. Exactly. Jenkins is the highest rated player on the list and likely the only one that is worth picking in the first.
  7. It’s laughable that this is even a topic. Lawrence to Jax is a virtual lock.
  8. Whatever you say... And he drops routine ones fairly regularly too...
  9. Well here are my thoughts on that...he’s not all of a sudden going to start catching everything that hits his hands. He just doesn’t seem to be reliable. He may still be learning the position, but you can either catch or you can’t. He seems way too unreliable in that regard...
  10. Here’s the thing...I don’t necessarily mean a WR when I say playmaker. It could be an athletic TE like Pat Freiermuth or we could be sitting in a good spot to get one of the top RBs.
  11. Corner is probably the one position that would make me break a tv on draft night...
  12. Dane Jackson played very well in limited snaps as a rookie. Again...not a big need. Let him and Wallace duke it out for CB2 and that will be good enough. What isn’t good enough is out offensive line if we lose Williams and Nsekhe. Or our DE room at the moment with Addison and Hughes not getting younger and Epenesa struggling as a rookie. And I keep saying...you need to score points with teams like the chiefs. Another weapon on offense for Allen would take this offense over the top.
  13. I just can’t get behind a first round corner in any way. Not even close to our biggest need. We need to add an athletic edge, playmaker on offense, or an OT.
  14. 30 is WAY too early for corner imo. We have guys that can compete and play well for CB2. Dane Jackson played well when he got snaps. Get me a playmaker on offense, an offensive tackle, or a twitchy edge at 30. We need to be able to keep up with the chiefs in a shootout. We also might lose Daryl Williams in FA so we will need a RT. As far as edge goes...if we can’t get a twitchy guy that can set the edge and terrorize the qb, then please don’t take one. We already have a slug in Epenesa. Please don’t draft the same player two years in a row with our first pick. We already drafted similar running backs two years in a row and we are still at a need for that position.
  15. So we can ignore that the number one defense lost to the number one offense earlier in the playoffs. Ok...whatever supports your stance. We get star back next year and that addition will raise the level of play with the players we already have on defense. It will allow Oliver to eat from star taking up doubles. That opens up a lot for our pass rush.
  16. I think there are 2 teams to keep an eye on...Washington at 19 and Indy at 21. Both are in that range and both were believed to have been heavily involved in Stafford.
  17. I’m not so sure that both of Harris or Ettienne will be gone at 30. But I do agree that I don’t want the leftover edge rushers. The studs will be gone by then and it’s running back territory. Or it’s prime territory for a qb needy team to trade back into three first to get their qb and have the fifth year option.
  18. Uhhh...it’s not just the last two games for Singletary. He has been pretty bad all year.
  19. Really? Those goal to go situations came after butterfingers muffed that catch. Not only that, he had green ahead of him and may have scored.
  20. Wow. I don’t know what to say to this...
  21. You had me at “cut Singletary”. I have seen enough. I really feel that the game was over once he dropped that pass. The way to beat the chiefs is to keep scoring and put pressure on them. Once the chiefs got the ball, they took the lead and it was all but over.
  22. Ok bud...whatever. The Rams had the number one defense. The Packers had the number one offense. That was my argument. It was an equal comparison on both sides. Only one team can win the SB each year. And it’s not always the best offense or the the best defense. I get it though...you think another defensive first rounder can neautralize the chiefs. I just completely disagree. You aren’t stopping those guys. The best you can hope for is to keep up. Another offensive weapon would allow that more than another high pick on defense thay will just look silly trying to guard Kelce or hill.
  23. So now you’ve resorted to mocking since I don’t agree with you. Ok...cool... We are a top ten defense already. Good offenses beat good defenses. Just ask the Rams how their number one defense made out against the packers number one offense.
  24. What passes are you talking about? There are plenty of shots taken at these guys.
  25. Is it? Chinn is likely the defensive rookie of the year. He’s pretty good in his own right.
