Good points. I also think the focus was too “chiefs centric” this past offseason. You could argue that it’s been the case the past two. Well…now our division foes are catching up with us from focusing on beating us twice a year. Meanwhile, we focused on a team that we may not even play if the playoffs don’t shake a certain way.

Are we? This is not a good take imo. We are getting Hyde back and Hamlin has filled in nicely. I fully expect to see Hyde and Hamlin as the starters next year. Get a depth and developmental safety in the late rounds.

True, but when was the last time yoy heard Beane talk about alway adding to the offensive line? I ask that because every year you hear him say about always adding the defensive line. It’s clear what his priority is. I’m hoping after this year he sees things a little differently. I am confident he will.

I agree with their assumption that Saffold was a good stopgap. However, they didn’t bring in anyone via the draft that could sit a year and step in next year. Now, we either have to sign another vet or draft a rookie and hope they come in ready day one.

He did…but he always had a slot guy that was always open too. Right now, we don’t have receivers outside of Diggs that are consistently open.

Yeah it’s his hands and route running. He’s all or nothing. Doesn’t make the routine plays over the middle. When he does, he usually has hands issues.

Honestly, you could realistically pin the dolphins and jets losses on his drops. He dropped a td in the EZ against the dolphins that could have won it for us. Then he had that 70 yard bomb from Allen hit him between the numbers.

Hahahahahhaha!!!!! Davis has struggled this year with drops and bad routes and yoy are one of the ones that are holding onto one game from last year. Haha. I bet you thought Timmy smith was the real deal when he set a super bowl record for rushing yards too. Hahahaha!!!!!

I agree. I just don’t see it honestly. I love poyer and hope they keep him, but i think his age is gonna work against him. We have a lot of tough decisions coming up this off-season and the next.

Are you kidding? We wouldnt need to draft or sign anyone on defense this off-season and STILL have more talent than most teams. The point is…we have spent enough on that side. Time to invest on offense.
