  1. We brought back our entire OL and signed a high upside guy in Lamp. Not a lot of spots there to improve.
  2. Has to be a CB
  3. Thanks brain not working. yuck, not a fan of dyami
  4. What Brown are all of you referring to? Spencer? Both Elijah and Rondale are off the board.
  5. Running out of options. I like adebo better but we’ve obviously been connected to Meli, not sure I ever saw us connected to adebo.
  6. All 3 Cs nico collins melifonwu browning all still there
  7. Feels like it’s gonna be Melifonwu to me...
  8. Something’s up with him. Guys with his tape and profile don’t fall this far *just because*. Medical, character, legal... he’s gotten flagged for something, depends on what, but would definitely be fun!
  9. Yes to those 3. I’d add St. Juste for the 2nd.
  10. Yeah very fair consideration. I like a lot of these corners not named Asante Samuel Jr., so kinda just assuming that one will be around that I like. If that’s somehow not the case I’d probably look elsewhere.
  11. Wildly diverging values there. Browning would be a steal (though not really a need for) Werner would be a huge reach. Pass there.
  12. I’ll admit that I’d be tempted by Ossai, but that’s just cuz I love the player and the potential. Still think it’d be a terrible use of resources, but fun! In a vacuum, sure, I agree. With our needs, disagree. We badly need a #2 CB, we maybe only kinda sorta need a slot cb.
  13. We need an outside CB and can use either a slot or edge WR. also not convinced that those WRs, specifically Elijah, is a slot-only guy. People said that about Jefferson last year and we saw how it worked out...
  14. I’m not arguing against the Rousseau pick. I’m arguing that we don’t need to take ANOTHER edge.
  15. The only "character" issues I've seen is that the guy took a year off and then showed up to his one and only opportunity to show for that last year's work and didn't exactly wow people. He did *fine*, so I can certainly see people hand-waiving it away as not the biggest deal in the world, but he tested below what most folks expected of him. To me -- that's THE BIGGEST QUESTION that needs answering. Us schlubs can only sit back and watch and read, so -- just like injury concerns -- we're at an extreme disadvantage relative to actual NFL teams. I've taken some solace in our relationship with the UM coaching staff, clearly Bean & co. trust Manny Diaz and his staff's word on Rousseau's drive and work ethic. That's really all we can ask for with regards to the "character" stuff. So I guess it all just goes back to trusting the staff? Obviously "Rouse" has a lot of physical traits to get excited about, and given that he's only played DE for 1 year, still feels as though his upside is pretty immense, but I do think ANY expectations of him doing anything of significance on the field next year are probably optimistic at best.
  16. Was about to say the same thing -- ditto for Kelvin Joseph. Just because we're sitting at 61 doesn't mean we're stuck there...
  17. Yep. I'd add Kelvin Joseph, both Cs, Elijah and Rondale Moore, Nico Collins....... No point in having guys like Trask or Perkins on there...
  18. We need more from the pass rush, absolutely. The answer to getting that, though, is not adding more pass rushers. It's getting more out of the ones we've already drafted over the past few years.
